Claims (8)

1. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen und Schließen von einem Schließmittel (1) einer Gebäudeöffnung, die eine auf Druck wirkende Feder (3) enthält, die einerseits am Umfang der Öffnung und andererseits am Schließmittel in einem Punkt entfernt vom Schwenkbolzen (2) des Schließmittels angelenkt ist, wobei die Feder so angeordnet ist, daß das Schließmittel im Verlauf seiner Schwenkbewegung einen Totpunkt überschreitet, wo die drei Gelenke (2, 4, 5) des Schließmittels und der Feder am Umfang der Öffnung und der Feder am Schließmittel in einer Reihe angeordnet sind, wobei die Feder Kräfte entwickelt, die das Schließmittel zur Schließstellung oder zur Öffnungsstellung hin zu verschieben suchen, wenn es sich außerhalb des Totpunktes befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (3) von einem an seinen beiden Enden geschlossenen Zylinder (3d) gebildet ist, der ein komprimiertes Gas und eine bestimmte Menge Öl enthält, und in dem sich ein Kolben (3b) hin und her verschieben kann, der einstückig mit einer Stange (3a) verbunden ist, die durch eine Dichtung aus der Einfassung herausragt, daß die Gelenkpunkte (4, 5) der Feder (3) so angeordnet sind, daß die Feder dauernd zur Horizontalen geneigt ist, mit dem Austritt der Stange (3a) im unteren Teil, und das Öl nahe des Austritts der Stange gehalten ist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (3) für ein Schließmittel, welches einen Laden mit senkrechtem Schwenkbolzen bildet, am Fenstersturz der Öffnung angelenkt ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (3) von einem in einer Zwischenlage blockierbaren Typ ist und dafür ein Ventil enthält, welches die Verbindung zwischen den beiden Seiten des Kolbens öffnet oder schließt, wodurch ein Anhalten des Schließmittels beim gewünschten Öffnungsgrad ermöglicht ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (3) am Schließmittel (1) und am Umfang der Öffnung mittels Kugelgelenken (4, 5) angelenkt ist.
5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kugelgelenke (4, 5) vom Typ mit einem Gehäuse aus Plastik und mit einer automatischen Verklinkung sind.
6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (3) mit einem Positionsmelder versehen ist, der mit Mitteln verbindbar ist, die im Falle unerwünschter Öffnungen Alarm geben können.
7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange der Feder (3) von einem Rohr (3c) geschützt ist, welches sich teleskopisch auf dem Zylinder (3d) der Feder verschiebt, und welches an seiner Basis mit Löchern (3e) zum Entleeren von Wasser versehen ist.
8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein automatisches Verriegelungssystem umfaßt, welches ein bewegliches Stück (14) trägt, das mit dem Schließmittel (1) zusammengehalten und gezwungen ist, sich annähernd senkrecht zu verschieben, wenn sich das Schließmittel in Nachbarschaft seiner Schließposition befindet, wobei dieses Stück an seinem unteren Teil eine schräge Fläche (18) aufweist, die mit einem fixierten Stück (20) zusammenarbeitet, um das bewegliche Stück anzuheben, wenn es sich zur Schließposition hinbewegt, und eine senkrechte Fläche (21) hat, die mit demselben fixierten Stück zusammenwirkt, um eine umgekehrte Verschiebung zu verhindern.
