Abstract
Un réacteur (100) à lit fluidisé et un procédé de réaction particulièrement utiles pour cultiver des cellules, pour des procédés de fermentation et de culture de tissus par exemple, impliquent le traitement d'au moins une partie du fluide sortant du réacteur (100) à lit fluidisé dans une boucle latérale (160), de façon à modifier sa température ou sa composition, par exemple en l'oxygénant. Ce fluide traité est réintroduit dans le réacteur comme partie du fluide à l'origine de la fluidisation du lit.
