Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bogenoffsetmaschine gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a sheet-fed offset machine according to the preamble of claim 1.

Zur Ausrüstung einer Qualitäts-Offsetdruckmaschine gehört in aller Regel ein Steuerpult, das zumindest mit einer Fernsteuereinrichtung, wenn nicht gleichzeitig auch mit einer Meßeinrichtung für die Qualitätskontrolle versehen ist. Eine solche Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine ist aus der DE-OS 27 28 738 bekannt. Diese Fernsteuereinheit ist so angeordnet, daß sie die Entnahme des vollen Bogenstapels aus dem Kettenausleger in Bogenförderrichtung nicht behindert. Ein dem Kettenausleger entnommener Probebogen muß bei der bekannten Ausführung in umständlicher und zeitraubender Weise von Hand jedes Mal auf den Tisch der Bogenablage des Steuerpults befördert werden. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe besteht in den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1. Die erfindungsgemäße Probebogenentnahme kann voll automatisiert sein. Ein Transportieren der ausgeworfenen Probebogen von Hand entfällt völlig. Das Steuerpult läßt sich kompakt und in raumsparender Weise am Ende des Kettenauslegers anbringen. Der schräg abwärts verlaufende Tisch der Bogenablage ist auf den Probebogenausgang abgestimmt. Alle Bedien-, Anzeige-, Steuer-, Speicher- und Ausdruckelemente können im Steuerpult zusammengefaßt sein, auch jene Bedienelemente, die ohnehin üblicherweise am hinteren Ende des Kettenauslegers vorgesehen sind. Vorteilhaft ist auch, daß der Bedienende die Druckmaschine während der Qualitätskontrolle stets im Auge behält, wobei sowohl der auf den Tisch geförderte Probebogen als auch die zonalen Bedienelemente des Steuerpults den Farbzonen der Druckwerke genau zugeordnet bleiben. Auf Einfärbe- und Feuchtungsfehler sowie auf sonstige Störungen kann der Drucker schneller reagieren,als wenn er den Probebogen erst zum abseits stehenden Steuerpult transportieren müßte. Das schnelle Reagieren auf Fehleinstellungen macht sich besonders in der Anlaufphase der Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine günstig bemerkbar.The solution to this problem consists in the characterizing features of claim 1. Both can be disposed of on the operator side; while one is being fed, the other can be removed for disposal. A double stack delivery is particularly recommended when thick materials such as cardboard are to be processed, because in such a case the delivery stacks have reached their final height very quickly. The control panel 3 is arranged and designed in exactly the same way as in the embodiment according to FIG. 1. In the case of high-speed machines, in particular when processing cardboard, a quick reaction to incorrect settings is necessary. In such a case, the use of the inventive arrangement of the control panel 3 is of great benefit.

Claims (10)

  1. Sheet-fed offset printing machine comprising a chain delivery (1), a control console (3) provided with a remote control device, and a sheet-deposit structure (10) for the quality control of freshly printed sheets during the machine run,
    characterized in
    that said control console (3) is assigned to said chain delivery (1) for test-sheet withdrawal,
    that said control console (3) comprising said sheet-deposit structure (10) is arranged directly at the end of said chain delivery (1), as viewed in sheet-travel direction, and
    that, as an extension to said chain delivery (1), said sheet-deposit structure (10) is provided below the sheet-conveying path or the test-sheet outlet.
  2. Sheet-fed offset printing machine according to Claim 1,
    characterized in
    that said chain delivery (1) is designed so that a stack of sheets can be removed laterally.
  3. Sheet-fed offset printing machine according to Claim 1,
    characterized in
    that said control console (3) is arranged so that it can be removed or pivoted away from or lifted up with respect to the end of said chain delivery.
  4. Sheet-fed offset printing machine according to anyone of Claims 1 through 3,
    characterized in
    that sheet-guiding elements (17) are provided between said chain delivery (1) and a test-sheet withdrawing device respectively and said sheet-deposit structure (10) of said control console (3).
  5. Sheet-fed offset printing machine according to Claim 4,
    characterized in
    that between said test-sheet withdrawing device and said sheet-deposit structure (10) there is provided a gripper-conveying device which automatically feeds the sheet taken from said chain delivery (1) to said sheet-deposit structure (10) of said control console (3).
  6. Sheet-fed offset printing machine according to Claim 4,
    characterized in
    that below the end of the chain delivery there is arranged a suction roller (17) which is designed as a sheet-guiding element.
  7. Sheet-fed offset printing machine according to anyone of Claims 1 through 6,
    characterized in
    that said sheet-deposit structure (10) of said control console (3) is designed as a table-like surface (11) having a width which is double the width of a sheet of maximum size.
  8. Sheet-fed offset printing machine according to anyone of Claims 1 through 7,
    characterized in
    that said sheet-deposit structure (10) is provided with sheet-catching and sheet-holding means (12) so that several sheets can lie on top of each other, and that the speed of said suction roller (17) can be retarded in the area of the end of the test sheet by means of a retarding gear or a control circuit.
  9. Sheet-fed offset printing machine according to anyone of Claims 1 through 8,
    characterized in
    that said sheet deposit-structure (10) is equipped with a measuring device for the quality control.
  10. Sheet-fed offset printing machine according to anyone of Claims 1 through 9,
    characterized in
    that all operating elements, measuring elements, controlling elements, storing elements, indicating elements and printing elements are provided in said control console (3).
