Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for the metered dispensing of spirits and drinks mixed with spirits.
Dosing devices are known which are placed on the opened liquor bottle and allow a metered pouring out of the bottle, generally in portions of 2 cl. But now in bars, restaurants, restaurants, etc., above all, mixed drinks are required, i.e. beverages that are made from an alcohol-free base, such as fruit juice, cola, etc., and a dash of an alcoholic beverage stand and - depending on the amount and ratio of the alcoholic beverage - are referred to as a long drink or splash. The juice is first poured into the glass and then the respective amount of the alcoholic beverage is added, or vice versa, ie two pouring or tapping operations are required to prepare the respective mixed beverage. This is cumbersome and time consuming. Also, there is always a dispute between the serving person and the guest because of the alleged or actually too small proportion of the alcoholic beverage to the basic drink. It is also difficult or impossible to control the bar or restaurant owner over the amount of alcohol drink served and later billed to the waiter or the bar staff.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a device for the metered dispensing of spirits and drinks mixed with spirits, which is simple in construction and easy to use and not only allows the dispensing or metered pouring of alcoholic beverages into glasses, but in particular the simultaneous dispensing of alcoholic beverage and non-alcoholic base liquid, such as juice, cola, etc., while producing a mixed drink in an exact mixing ratio between alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage. The object of the invention is further to be seen in creating a dispensing device with which fraudulent manipulation and in particular unauthorized removal of spirit bottles from the device is effectively prevented. The dispensing device is intended to simplify work in the manufacture of the mixed drinks and enable faster pouring with precise monitoring, so that an increased throughput is achieved even during hectic operation.
To achieve this object, the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1 are provided in the invention, advantageous and beneficial further developments being claimed in the further claims for the task solution.
In the dispensing device, a base with fixed taps for the non-alcoholic beverage, such as fruit juice, cola, etc., is provided, on which a carrier disk or plate is rotatably mounted. This carrier disk carries several upside down liquor bottles with dosing devices that can be actuated electromagnetically distributed over the circumference. The taps for the non-alcoholic beverage can each be controlled via a time relay, i.e. are provided with valves that are opened by a time relay for a certain time so that a certain amount of the non-alcoholic beverage flows out. By rotating the rotatably mounted carrier plate, each of the spirit bottles held on the carrier plate can be brought into line with one of the fixed taps, i.e. the carrier plate can be positioned. In the positioned position of the carrier plate, at the push of a button, a pulse is simultaneously sent to the metering valve of the positioned spirit bottle and to the opening valve of the associated tap or its timer relay, so that the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage flows into the glass underneath in a predetermined mixing ratio. Appropriately, each tap is assigned at least two switches, each with a different mixing ratio or proportion of the non-alcoholic beverage, at least one switch being provided, upon actuation of which only a pulse is given to the metering device of the liquor bottle, so that the glass is only filled with an alcoholic beverage .
This significantly shortens and simplifies the filling process while simultaneously mixing the alcohol-free with the alcohol-containing beverage portion with a precisely maintained mixing ratio; the workload is significantly reduced. Since the filling process is controlled electrically or electromagnetically, according to a further feature of the invention, a counting device can be arranged which displays and registers each filling process, so that the number of units dispensed or the total quantity dispensed can be read at any time. Several counting devices can also be provided in association with the individual controls, which can only be operated by the authorized person, so that at the end of the working day, a simplified and precise accounting of the drinks dispensed by each control can be created.
According to a further feature of the invention, the liquor bottles are held on the carrier plate by means of a holding device, which essentially consists of a support tube and a support or holding bracket which can be inserted into the support tube and locked in the support tube. The bracket has an angled free end on the bottom of the bottle upside down and prevents the bottle from being removed by unauthorized persons. The locking of the bracket in the support tube is effected by locking teeth arranged on the bracket, which cooperate with the locking of a lock that is arranged on the support tube. A rotation of the bracket is effectively prevented by the fact that both the support tube and the part of the bracket engaging in the support tube have a rectangular cross-section.
With the dispensing device according to the invention, accurate and complete monitoring of the beverages dispensed is possible Lich. The filling or pouring process is accelerated and simplified, so that quick operation is possible even at peak times, but at the same time it is ensured that the mixing ratio between alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage content is not subject to fluctuations, so that complaints are eliminated.

-platte 3 in kreisrunder Ausbildung. Der Unterbau 1 stützt sich über die Standbeine 5 am Boden ab.The device shown in Fig. 1 in a perspective schematic view for tapping alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, in particular as a mixed drink, consists essentially of a fixed base 1, which is covered, and a carrier disk or plate rotatably mounted at 2 on the base 1 3 in circular training. A circumferential
The
As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 2 and 3, the
On the base 1 there are several taps 17 - their number corresponds to the various non-alcoholic drinks available; In the present exemplary embodiment, there are a total of three taps 17 - which are connected on the one hand via the
As already stated, each
