Description

The invention relates to a device for the metered dispensing of spirits and beverages mixed with spirits, in which a fixed base with a controlled tap for an alcohol-free beverage has a rotatable carousel-like carrier on which a plurality of containers with the opening pointing downward are distributed over the circumference , each of which is assigned a metering valve, can be held interchangeably and can be brought into alignment and positioned with the fixed tap by rotating the carrier.

Such a device, which, however, does not serve for dispensing drinks mixed with spirits, but rather as a vending machine for hot drinks or soups, has become known from US Pat. No. 2,726,026. Here, two carousel-like supports are provided, one of which is intended for holding cups and the other for receiving the containers holding a powdery component. The respective powdery basic component, which is selected by the buyer using a rotary switch, is passed in a certain quantity into one of the cups, this is fed to a receiving shaft and then heated water is metered in. This known device consists of a large number of mechanical parts and has a relatively complicated structure, the operation being cumbersome and the cleaning of the device being difficult. The mixing process is also unsatisfactory because of the mixing components added in succession.

Furthermore, US-A-3 675 820 shows a dispensing device with bottles mounted on a stationary frame and connected to the dispensing opening by hose lines. A large number of actuation buttons are arranged on the outside of the device, with which a large number of mixing ratios can be selected. When it comes to operation, the operating personnel, especially in hectic operation, are overwhelmed. Mechanical and electrical elements, which are linked to one another in a certain way, are provided for the control. In this known device, malfunctions occur, if only because of the large number of possible settings. A disadvantage of this device, as in the case of the previously mentioned vending machine according to US Pat. No. 2,726,026, is also that the dispensing of the beverage or the addition of the mixture components is not visible to the guest and he therefore cannot exercise any control.

The object of the invention is to provide a device for the metered dispensing of spirits and beverages mixed with spirits, which is simple in construction and easy to use and in which, in addition to the dispensing of pure alcoholic beverages, the simultaneous dispensing of alcoholic beverage and non-alcoholic base liquid, such as Juice, cola, etc., while producing a mixed drink in an exact mixing ratio. The dispensing device is intended to simplify work in the manufacture of the mixed drinks and enable faster pouring with precise monitoring, so that an increased throughput is achieved even during hectic operation.

To achieve this object, the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1 are provided in the invention, advantageous and beneficial further developments being claimed for the task solution in claims 2 and 3.

In the dispenser, several fixed taps for various non-alcoholic beverages, such as fruit juice, cola, etc. are provided on the base. These taps can each be controlled via a time relay, i.e. are provided with valves that are opened by a time relay for a certain time so that a certain amount of the non-alcoholic beverage flows out. By rotating the support plate, which is rotatably mounted on the base and which carries several upside down liquor bottles with metering valves, each liquor bottle can be brought into line with one of the fixed taps. Each tap is assigned two switches, each with a different mixing ratio or proportion of the non-alcoholic beverage. In the positioned position of the carrier, at the push of a button, a pulse is simultaneously sent to the metering valve of the positioned liquor bottle and to the opening valve of the associated tap or its timer relay, so that the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages simultaneously flow into the glass below in a predetermined mixing ratio. Finally, a further switch is provided, when actuated only a pulse is given to the metering valve of the liquor bottle, so that the glass is only filled with an alcoholic beverage.

With the dispensing device according to the invention, the filling process can be seen and significantly shortened and simplified for the guest while the non-alcoholic portion of the beverage is mixed with the alcoholic portion of the beverage at exactly the same mixing ratio; the workload is significantly reduced. Fast operation is possible even at peak times, at the same time it is ensured that the mixing ratio between the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage portion is not subject to fluctuations, so that complaints are eliminated.

  • Fig. 1 eine schematische perspektivische Darstellung der Zapfvorrichtung,
The invention will now be explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment in connection with the drawing. Show it:
  • 1 is a schematic perspective view of the dispensing device,
  • Fig. 2 is a side view of the tap on an enlarged scale, shown broken, and
  • Fig. 3 is a front view of the dispensing device in the area of the metering device connected to the liquor bottle, broken away and shown enlarged.

Der Unterbau 1 stützt sich über die Standbeine 5 am Boden ab.The device shown in FIG. 1 in a perspective schematic view for tapping alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, in particular as a mixed drink, consists essentially of a fixed base 1, which is covered, and a support 3 rotatably mounted at 2 on the base 1, designed as a circular disk or plate. The base 1 is supported on the legs 5 on the ground.

The carrier 3 has a number of holes or openings 6 distributed over the circumference, into which the necks 7 of the spirit bottles 8 standing upside down and carried by the carrier 3 protrude. The liquor bottles 8 are each filled with different alcoholic beverages, and several liquor bottles 8 of the same content, namely a frequently requested alcoholic beverage, can also be provided. The bottles 8 are held firmly on the carrier 3 by means of a holding device 9 assigned to them.

As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 2 and 3, the individual bottles 8 are each assigned a metering device 10. This metering device 10 sits firmly on the bottle opening and passes through the respective opening of the carrier 3, with which it e.g. is screwed. The metering device 10 has a metering valve 11 within the metering capsule 12 and two electromagnets 14 which are connected to one another via a yoke 13 and which are arranged within the metering housing 15 with a drain opening 16.

On the base 1 there are several taps 17 - their number corresponds to the various non-alcoholic drinks available; In the present embodiment there are a total of three taps 17 - which are connected on the one hand via the supply line 18 to the tanks or containers for the respective non-alcoholic beverage, such as fruit juice, cola etc., which are not shown in any more detail, and on the other hand the drainage leading to the outside 19 have. Each tap 17 is associated with an opening valve, not shown, which is controlled by a time relay, also not shown. Furthermore, two actuating switches 20 and 21 are arranged in the vicinity of each tap 17, with another actuating switch 22 being associated with the central tap 17. With the actuating switches 20, 21, pulses are simultaneously given to the two electromagnets 14 of the metering device 10 and the time relay of the associated tap 17. When pressing the actuation switch 20, more fruit juice, cola or the like is dispensed as an alcoholic beverage (so-called long drink), while when the actuation switch 21 is pressed, the amount of fruit juice is smaller (so-called sprinkler). When the actuation switch 22 is pressed, only a current pulse is given to the two electromagnets 14 of the metering device 10, so that the alcoholic beverage flows out pure. In order to produce a mixed drink of a certain type, for example cola with whiskey, the carrier 3 is rotated so that the liquor bottle 8 with the desired whiskey is brought into line with the tap 17 with cola. In order to facilitate the positioning of the carrier 3, a locking disk (not shown) is assigned to this, which causes the carrier 3 to snap into the desired position. In the positioned position, in which the desired liquor bottle is brought into agreement with the desired non-alcoholic beverage, the distance between the respective drain line 16 of the liquor bottle 8 and the derivation of the desired tap 17 is the smallest. This distance is in any case smaller than the diameter of the glass 23 held underneath and to be filled. When the switch 20 or 21 is pressed, the desired beverage in the desired mixing ratio (Longdriak or sprayed) is dispensed simultaneously from the metering device 10 and the tap 17. A counting device, not shown, counts the type and amount of beverage dispensed in each case. so that an overview of the dispensed drinks is possible at any time. A specific code or a specific key can also be specified for each waiter, so that a breakdown of the drinks dispensed by the individual waiters is available immediately after the end of the operation.
