Abstract

1. Unbreakable push-button device, for operating the flushing apparatus in toilet cisterns, comprising a push-button (13) and a chamber (14) open at its opposite ends and in the upper part (14a) of which is housed the push-button capable of transverse movement ; this chamber is equipped with as shoulder (1l4c) which enables it to press against the external surface (7a') of the edge of the opening (16) formed in the cover (7a) of the cistern, characterized in that a dissuasion ring (15) is mounted in such a way that it may rotate freely around that part (14a) of the chamber which is mounted externally on the cistern.

Unbreakable push-button device, as claimed in claims 4 or 5, characterized in that the push-button comprises a circular head (13a) and a tubular shank (13b) which extends below the head and has the same axis as it, the said circular head and tubular shank being mounted in the upper vessel (14a) and in the lower cylindrical projection (14b) of the chamber (14) respectively, the length (L1) of the tubular shank (13b) being greater than that (L2) of the cylindrical projection (14b); the cylindrical shank is equipped on its lower end with a limit stop (13c), which consists, for example, of a circular shoulder, disposed outside and below the lower edge of the cylindrical projection.
8. Unbreakable push-button device, as claimed in any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is also equipped with a safety ring (17) suitable for loose mounting around one part of the chamber (14) and at least one part of which is disposed below the edge of the opening (16) formed in the cover (7a) of the tank or cistern; they are so disposed that any movement of the safety ring causes reciprocal movement in the chamber and vice versa.
