Aus der Deutschen Patentschrift DE-C 23 19 877 ist ein Kippmast der eingangs genannten Art bekannt, bei dem das Entriegeln und Verriegeln des Mastes durch vertikales Anheben und Senken des Mastrohrteils bzw. des Pfostenoberteils mittels einer Zylinder-Kolben-Einheit in einer Langlochführung des Mastfußteils bzw. des Bodenteils erfolgt. Durch das Heben des Mastes gelangt das Pfostenoberteil aus dem Wirkbereich einer Rückhalteklinke, so daß er prinzipiell mit dem Drehpunkt in der Langlochführung gekippt werden könnte. Die Wirkung der im Sinne einer Verlängerung beaufschlagten Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit, durch die der Mast zum Entriegeln angehoben wird, steht jedoch einer derarigen Kippbewegung gerade entgegen. Als unumgänglicher Bestandteil der dort gezeigten Konstruktion muß daher eine Hilfs-Kolben-Zylinder-Einheitvorgesehen werden, die zum Überkippen des Pfostenoberteils dient, wenn dieser von der druckbeaufschlagten HauptKolben-Zylinder-Einheit angehoben ist oder es muß eine zusätzliche Haltevorrichtung für den Mast in der angehobenen Stellung im Langloch vorhanden sein, nach deren Eingriff die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit druckentlastet werden kann. Dadurch wird die hydraulische Betätigungsvorrichtung für den Kippmast kompliziert, da sie stets zwei hydraulische Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten umfassen muß. Die mechanische Haltevorrichtung müßte sehr stark dimensioniert sein, da sie das gesamte Gewicht des Mastes auffangen muß. Für die Bedienung gilt darüber hinaus, daß Fehlermöglichkeiten gegeben sind, wenn die richtige Reihenfolge der Ansteuer- bzw. Umsteuer- und Verriegelungsvorgänge nicht eingehalten wird. Claims (12)

1. A tiltable pole comprising a pole shoe (1) attachable so as to be stationary, and a tiltable pole (2) supported thereon so as to be tiltable and having a lower pole base part (3) and an upper tubular pole part (4), as well as comprising a double-acting hydraulic piston/cylinder unit (5) articulated at the pole shoe (1) below the pivot bearing point (6) on the one hand and eccentrically at the tiltable pole (2) on the other hand, especially at its tubular pole part (4) above the pivot bearing point (6), with the pole shoe (1) being essentially a tube or box member with a closed cross-section and with the pole base part (3) being a tube or box member whose cross-section is open on one side and which, in the upright position, encloses the pole shoe (1) and has been provided with a handhole (11) closable with a removable cover (12), as well as comprising a locking mechanism (7) for locking the pole shoe (1) relative to the pole base part (3) when the pole is in the upright condition, characterised in that the locking mechanism consists of a locking element (8, 38) which is unlockable against the force of a spring and attached in the pole shoe (1) and of engaging means (9, 40) attached to the pole base part (3) and that the locking element (8, 38) is adjustable via the piston/cylinder unit (5) articulatable at the end (17) of the pivotable operating lever (28, 36) projecting from the pole shoe (1).
2. A tiltable pole comprising a pole shoe (1) attachable so as to be stationary, and a tiltable pole (2) supported thereon so as to be tiltable and having a lower pole base part (3) and an upper tubular pole part (4), as well as comprising a double-acting hydraulic piston/cylinder unit (5) articulated at the pole shoe (1) below the pivot bearing point (6) on the one hand and eccentrically at the tiltable pole (2) on the other hand, especially at its tubular pole part (4) above the pivot bearing point (6), with the pole shoe (1) being essentially a tube or box member with a closed cross-section and with the pole base part (3) being a tube or box member whose cross-section is open on one side and which, in the upright position, encloses the pole shoe (1) and has been provided with a handhole (11) closable with a removable cover (12), as well as comprising a locking mechanism (7) for locking the pole shoe (1) relative to the pole base part (3) when the pole is in the upright condition, characterised in that the locking mechanism consists of a locking element (8) which is unlockable against the force of a spring and attached in the pole shoe (1) and of engaging means (9) attached to the pole base part (3) and that the locking element (8) may be unlocked via an extension bar (20) projecting from the open handhole (11) of the pole shoe (1) and temporarily connectable to the locking locking pin (38), a pivotable latch or a twistable cam and that the engaging means are designed as an eye, a clip (9) provided with a hole, a catch or a recess (40).
4. A tiltable pole according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that for the purpose of securing the locking element (8, 38) in the locked position, the inside of the pole shoe (1) may be provided with a securing element (34, 42) accessible via the handhole (11).
5. A tiltable pole according to claim 1, characterised in that the operating force to be applied to the end (17) of the pivotable operating lever (28, 36) projecting from the pole shoe (1) for the purpose of unlocking the locking element (8, 38) exceeds the standard manual force of an operative.

A tiltable pole according to claim 2, characterised in that at the removable cover (12) for the handhole (11) in the pole shoe (1) there has been arranged a blocking element (13) and that part of the locking mechanism (7), especially the extendable hand lever (14), is blocked by the blocking element (13) in the locked condition with the cover (12), being in position.
7.A tiltable pole according to claim 2, characterised in that in the unlocked condition, the plug- in extension bar (20) may be fixed to the pole shoe (1) by means of a socket pin connection (21).
8. A-tiltable pole according to claim 1, characterised in that the lower end of the piston/cylinder unit (5) may be fixed by a socket pin connection in an eye hole (19) of the movable operating lever (28, 36), that in the locked condition, the eye hole (19) at the lever end (17) is positioned above a lower fixed articulation point (15) for the piston/ cylinder unit (5) and that in the unlocked condition, the lever end (17) together with the lower end of the piston/cylinder unit (5) may be fixed at the fixed lower articulation point (15) by means of socket pins (21) extending through congruent eye holes (18, 19).
9. A tiltable pole according to claim 1, characterised in that with the pole in the upright position, the eye or clip (9) at the pole base part (3) passes through an aperture (10) in the pole shoe (1) into the interior of the pole shoe (1).

A tiltable pole according to claim 3, characterised in that with the pole in the upright position, a locking pin (38) horizontally arranged at right angles relative to the operating lever (36) passes through oblong holes (39) in the lower part of the pole shoe (1), with its ends, for the purpose of locking the upright pole, engaging recesses (40) in the lateral lower edges of the pole base part (3).
11. A tiltable pole according to claim 4, characterised in that the securing element is a securing pin (34, 42) via which the bolt (8), a lever (36) connected to the locking element (8, 38) or a bar (41) guiding the spring (28) and projecting therefrom may be fixed.
12. A tiltable pole according to'one of claims 1, 2 or 5, characterised in that with the pole being in the upright position, the upper articulation point for the piston/cylinder unit (5) has been provided vertically above the lower articulation point and eccentrically at the tubular pole part (4) and designed especially in the form of a socket pin connection with a collar (23) welded on like a pipe clip or with a bolt passing through the tube.
