Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Haftfestigkeits­ steigerung insbesondere duktiler, durch überwiegend mechanische Verankerung mit der Unterlage verbundener Metallschichten durch eine gezielte Erhöhung der Härte die­ ser Metallschichten durch Legierungsbildung bzw. durch Ausscheidungshärtung vorzugsweise im unterlagenahen Bereich der Metallschichten. Dieses wird erreicht durch eine Zwischenschicht, die vor dem Aufbringen der Metallschicht auf die Unterlagen (Substrat) aufgebracht wird oder durch eine thermische Behandlung nachträglich bewirkt.
