Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betriffl eine Schußeintragungsvorrichtung (10) für Webmaschinen mit schwenkbaren Blasdüsen (18). Sowohl die Schußeintragungsvorrichtungen mit schwenkbaren, als auch mit ortsfesten Blasdüsen arbeitenden Webmaschinen besitzen ihre Nachteile. Insbesondere sind die Schwenkmechanismen des Standes der Technik relativ wartungsanfällig und erfordern häufig ein Verschwenken in mehreren Richtungen. Gerade bei den äußerst hohen Umdrehungszahlen pneumatischer Webmaschinen, treten deswegen häufig Schwierigkeiten bei der schnellen Versetzung der Blasdüsen zwischen den unwirksamen und wirksamen Schußpositionen auf. Letzteres gilt insbesondere, wenn sechs oder mehr Blasdüsen auf der Weblade befestigt werden. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der pneumatische Zylinder (34a) in seinem Hub derart gesteuert ist, daß die mittleren Blasdüsen (16) in Einschußposition kommen, und daß der pneumatische Zylinder (34b) in seinem Hub derart gesteuert ist, daß die unteren Blasdüsen (18) in Einschußposition zum U-förmigen Kanal (14) oder einem anderen Luftführungssystem (Konfusor) des Rietes (16) gelangen.5.
