Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Anwendung der Merkmale des kennzeichnenden Teils des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen ergeben sich aus der Beschreibung und aus den Unteransprüchen in Verbindung mit den Zeichnungen. In diesen zeigen:

  • Fig. 1 eine herkömmliche Offset-Rotationsdruckmaschine und
  • Fig. 2a-d spezielle bestimmten Arbeitsgeschwindigkeiten zugeordnete Gummituchunterlagen.

Der Erfindung liegt die Erkenntnis zugrunde, daß zwar jede Druckmaschinenbaureihe ein charakteristisches Schwingungsverhalten zeigt, daß aber darüber hinaus bei einer jeden Druckmaschine ein spezielles, das heißt individuelles Schwingungsverhalten gegeben ist, das zudem drehzahlabhängig ist. Den Nachweis hierfür erbringen Untersuchungen an Druckexemplaren verschiedener Maschinen der gleichen Baureihe, die bei unterschiedlichen Drehzahlen erzeugt werden. Insbesondere Intensitätsunterschiede der Druckfarben variieren nach örtlicher Lage und Stärke entsprechend den jeweiligen gewählten Arbeitsgeschwindigkeiten der Maschine, bei denen gedruckt wird. Auf dieser Erkenntnis aufbauend werden erfindungsgemäß für die aufzuspannenden Gummitücher Unterlagen 6, 7, 8, geschaffen, die in Umfangsrichtung der Zylinder 3, 4 gesehen unterschiedliche Stärken aufweisen. Für jede einzelne Maschine wird für verschiedene Drehzahl- bzw. Arbeitsbereiche eine spezielle Unterlage 6 bis 9 hergestellt. Dies geschieht dadurch, daß am Druckexemplar die Lage und Intensitätsschwankung von sogenannten Druckstreifen ermittelt wird und in Abhängigkeit davon wird die Dicke der für diesen Drehzahlbereich zu verwendenden Unterlage festgelegt.The invention is based on the knowledge that although each printing machine series shows a characteristic vibration behavior, but that each printing machine also has a special, that is to say individual, vibration behavior, which is also speed-dependent. Claims (2)
