Claims (10)

1. Profilé de châssis pour vantail de porte cochère ou de porte et fermeture d'immeuble du même genre, avec un panneau de remplissage, préférentiellement en bois, tout particulièrement pour portes basculantes avec un profilé de longeron (1) en bande de tôle (2) formée de sorte que les deux bordures longitudinales soient jointes parallèlement en une âme (7) qui est réalisé. comme support du panneau de remplissage et qui présente des trous (5, 6) traversant les deux bordures longitudinales (3,4) pour le passage des boulons de fixation du panneau de remplissage, caractérisé en ce que les trous (6) sont exécutés dans l'une des bordures longitudinales (4) plus grands que ceux (5) de l'autre bordure longitudinale, de telle façon que l'ouverture de chacun des trous les plus petits (5) de l'âme (7) du profilé de longeron (1) se trouve dans l'ouverture du trou plus grand (6) placé en correspondance.
2. Profilé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les trous (5, 6) respectivement sont réalisés ronds par perçage ou poinçonnage.
3. Profilé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de longeron (1) est réalisé sous forme de profilé creux (8), et que l'âme (7) est dirigée parallèlement au plan du vantail de porte sur le panneau de remplissage ou l'espace entouré par le profilé de châssis de vantail et réalisé comme un prolongement du profilé creux (8).
4. Profilé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'âme (7) constitue une surface d'appui (9) pour le panneau de remplissage.
5. Profilé suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la bordure longitudinale (3) avec les trous les plus petits (5) est disposée tournée vers la face de l'âme (7) dans laquelle on introduit les pièces de fixation du panneau de remplissage, par exemple des vis ou des rivets.
6. Profilé suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la bordure longitudinale (3) de la bande de tôle (2) constituant la surface d'appui (9) présente les trous les plus petits (5).
7. Profilé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les bordures longitudinales (3, 4) sont jointes par soudage, par exemple par soudage par points, pour constituer l'âme (7).
8. Profilé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu sur les bordures longitudinales (3, 4) dans le sens longitudinal de l'âme (7) un grand nombre de trous (5, 6) disposés en ligne avec un pas determiné.
9. Profilé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture des trous les plus grands (6) est dimensionnée en fonction du décalage des petits trous (5) par rapport aux grands (6) dans la mesure de la tolérance de fabrication du profilé.

Procédé de fabrication d'un profilé de châssis selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la bande de tôle plane (2) est pourvue sur l'une (3) des bordures longitudinales (3, 4) d'une rangée de petits trous équidistants (5) - tout particulièrement des perçages ou des poinçonnages circulaires - et sur son autre bordure longitudinale (4) d'une autre rangée de trous équidistants plus grands (6), chacun des petits trous (5) se trouvant opposé à un trou plus grand (6), perpendiculairement au sens longitudinal de la bande de tôle, la bande de tôle (2) étant ensuite formée en un profilé de longeron (1), tout particulièrement un profilé creux, avec formation d'une âme (7), de sorte que chaque petit trou (5) soit entièrement recouvert par un trou plus grand (6).
