Claims (6)

1. Dispositif pour dresser des barres en évitant une rotation relative de éléments successives autoure de l'axe longitudinal, qui comprend:
plusiers groupes longitudinalement espacés de rouleaux de guide, et chacun groupe de rouleaux est non aligné avec le précédent groupe de rouleaux, de façon de dévier le matériel d'un parcours linéaire, et au moins un groupe de rouleaux se trouve dans un plan différent des autres groupes, caractérisé du fait que:
-chacun des susdits groupes de rouleaux (c, c', c") comprend un ensemble de rouleaux de dressage opposés et décalés (2, 3), rangés dans une ligne droite, de façon d'acheminer le matériel dans un parcours serpentant, avant de le dévier par le suivant groupe de moyens de dressage (c, c', c");
-au moins un des ensembles de rouleaux opposés et décalés (2, 3) comprend un moyen (4) de réglage de la séparation entre les rouleaux opposés (2, 3), dans le but de changer la pression exercée sur la matériel; et les rouleaux de guide peuvent tourner seulement autour de leur axe.
2. Dispositif selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé du fait que il de plus comprend
-dans un premier plan de travail (A), un premier groupe de rouleaux de guide (c), suivi par un second groupe de rouleaux de guide (c'), en réalisant un angle de déviation du parcours compris entre 10x et 90x,
―entre les susdits premier et second groupe, un groupe intermédiaire de rouleaux d'avancement opposées (5, 6), et
-après le second groupe de rouleaux de guide (c'), des moyens de reanglement (e).qui comprennent un contre-rouleau réglable (7), qui contreplie le matériel contre deux rouleaux enclume (8, 8'), et un des susdits rouleaux enclume (8') fait partie du susdit second groupe de rouleaux de guide (c');
-dans un second plan de travail (o), parallèle au parcours de la ligne de travail et d'avancement, orthogonal et après le premier (A), un ultérieur groupe de rouleaux de guide (c"), suivi par un second moyen de reanglement (e'), semblable au précédent (e), qui reporte le matériel à la ligne de travail et d'avancement.
3. Dispositif selon la Revendication 2, dans lequel le premier plan de travail (A) est horizontal.
4. Dispositif selon la Revendication 1, dans lequel le susdit premier groupe de rouleaux de guide (c) est réglable dans l'inclinaison pour changer l'angle de déviation.
5. Dispositif selon la Revendication 2, caractérisé du fait que il comprend, après le respectif second moyen de reanglement (e'), des moyens de réglage de la pression avec rouleaux opposés (f), semblable au précédents moyens de reanglement (e, e').
6. Dispositif selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé du fait que les susdits rouleaux opposés ont des rainures façonnées en V.
