Description

Zur Vermeidung von Spannungen in Estrich- oder Betonflächen, die insbesondere beim Aushärten und bei thermischen Einflüssen auftreten, werden geeignete Flächenabschnitte durch Dehnungsfugen getrennt. Dabei ist es üblich, zur Trennung solcher Flächen Styroporstreifen oder dergleichen einzubringen über die gesamte Höhe bzw. Stärke des Estriches bzw. des Betons. Diese Styroporstreifen lassen sich allerdings nur schwer einsetzen, da sie unstabil sind und sich nur schwer befestigen lassen. Die ausgebildeten Fugen sind daher auch in der Regel wenig liniengenau. Aus dem Bereich von Betonbrückenbauten sind bereits einteilige Vorrichtungen zur Bildung von Dehnungsfugen bekannt (DE-GM 84 24 097.0). Es handelt sich dabei um ein Gummiprofil, welches im Querschnitt gesehen einen mittleren U-förmigen Teil aufweist, an dessen U-Schenkel nach außen gerichtet Verklammerungselemente angeordnet sind. Dabei soll dieser U-förmige Teil eine dicke und konstante Wandstärke aufweisen, während im mittleren Teil des U-Steges Kanäle angeordnet sind, die den mittleren Teil elastisch gestalten sollen. Ein solches Gummiprofil ist zur Bildung von Dehnungsfugen in Fußbodenestrichflächen oder entsprechenden Betonflächen in diesem Anwendungsbereich nicht geeignet. Bei Ausdehnung der die Fugen begrenzenden Flächen bzw. Schichten wird ein solches einstückiges Profil nicht parallel zusammengeschoben. Auf diese Weise besteht die Gefahr, daß die Abschlußschenkel der beiden Winkelprofile, die zunächst parallel zueinander stehen, in eine zueinander geneigte Lage kommen, so daß die abgrenzende Estrichoder Betonschicht abreißt. Bei der Einbringung des Estriche, oder des Mörtels besteht außerdem die Gefahr, daß in den Abstandsraum des Gummiprofiles Mörtel oder Estrich von unten eintritt und damit die Wirkung des Dehnungsprofiles beeinflußt.One-piece devices for the formation of expansion joints are already known from the field of concrete bridge structures (DE-GM 84 24 097.0).
