Description
dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The present invention relates to a wall forming a exposed brickwork according to
the preamble of
From DE 14 09 139 and DE 27 01 771 shaped blocks are known with which a generic wall can be made in dry construction.
When using these known shaped stones, however, there are some disadvantages, that do not allow the optimal production of a wall. So there is initially once the danger due to the lack of locking means that the to be placed on top of each other or the already placed blocks are in Shift the longitudinal axis direction.
Smallest displacements can occur, for example, in the area of the abutting surfaces accumulated dirt particles, by such an order of magnitude assume that ultimately an exact, dimensionally accurate construction is not possible.
In this case, dirt particles present between the butt joints Leakages arise that affect the resulting wall in particular significantly impair their thermal insulation function.
Furthermore, in the known shaped stones, the filling openings are continuous Full holes are formed so that a filling opening when the shaped blocks are offset of the upper stone lies over a filling opening of the lower stone, which is arranged on the opposite face side.
If half a shaped stone is necessary, for example a boundary of a window or door opening, that between the two Filling openings material thickness practically halved, so that there is a significant weakening of the stone results overall. This is especially true then significant if this area serves as a support, e.g. B. for a window or Lintel.
From DE-C-959 320 shaped stones are also known, with which one Visible masonry wall can be produced. These shaped stones will connected by mortar, for which purpose corresponding connectors Have recesses or projections.
The present invention has for its object a wall of the generic type Art to create, the shaped stones laid exactly under all circumstances are and which in any case offer optimal resilience.
aufweist. This object is achieved by a wall which has the features of
Through the recesses in the provided on a support surface of the shaped block Groove and the corresponding positively corresponding projections of the the associated spring of another, adjacent molded block is a lock the shaped blocks reached in the longitudinal axis direction.
A dimensional shift of the shaped stones, e.g. B. due to the mentioned Dirt particles are thus excluded, so that not only a constant, certain masonry view is guaranteed by the joints, but also a necessary post-processing, by shortening the last stone in a row, can be omitted. The resulting advantages are clearly visible.
It can be advantageous that between the contact surfaces facing each other Shaped stones and, if necessary, one between the abutting surfaces of adjacent shaped stones Seal is provided.
The seal between the bearing surfaces can be formed in strips be and adapted to the contour of the tongue or groove.
Due to their soft consistency, dirt particles can accumulate on the contact surfaces lie on it, press it into the seal, so that when it is installed in position the stones do not result in a dimensional deviation. The height of the spring or the The depth of the groove must be adjusted according to the thickness of the seal. The surface the seal can be smooth or corrugated.
It is particularly advantageous if a sealing strip or as an equivalent to it Sealing tape is unwound from a roll and each one complete layer of adjacent Covers shaped stones.
However, it is also conceivable to have each molded stone fixed in the factory, for example by gluing to provide seal.
Usually, however, the shaped stones are connected to one another by gluing, a thin bed adhesive is automatically applied using a suitable applicator the top of the stone is brought.
Especially when the recesses and projections are of the same level with regard to the assigned grooves or tongues, there is a very great possibility rational way of working.
In the area of the abutting surfaces, perpendicular grooves can be provided after assembling the molded blocks with a sealant such as silicone or the like be sprayed out. It is also conceivable, here sealing strips from one use suitable material.
According to a further idea of the invention it is provided for the corner area insert a corner stone on a wall, where one end face is not a but is evenly designed as a visible surface.
Around the butt joint of two shaped stones exactly in the middle above one staggered below Arrange shaped stone and thus achieve an attractive appearance, are fittings that are angled between a corner stone and one subsequent shaped block are provided. As a result, the will the side surface offset between the groove of an abutting surface and the tongue of the dimensional difference with respect to the other abutting surface of a molded block balanced the middle.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are characterized in the subclaims.
