Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Abfallsammelbehälter gemäß den Merkmalen des ersten Teils des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a waste collection container according to the features of the first part of claim 1.

In the known solutions of this type (US-A-1550043), the parting plane is parallel to two hinged lid articulation axes in such a way that the two hinged lids are laminated on their edge facing the dividing plane and one flap cover covers an insert bucket located underneath which is round in cross section. The solution is unfavorable in terms of handling with regard to the assignment of the insert buckets to the hinged lids and also with regard to the use of space, in particular with regard to the relationship of the volume of the two insert buckets to the total volume of the waste collection container. Both significantly impair the use and psychological acceptance of such waste collection containers in the household, in laboratories or the like.

From GB-A-15 33 841 a waste collecting container is known, in which two quarter-circular and one semi-circular insert bucket are in a circular outer container. The insert buckets are to be covered by a removable cover. The insert buckets have handle elements, which are each attached to their circular arc-shaped side walls. The handling of the insert buckets when removing and reinserting them is unsatisfactory. A stable position of the insert buckets only results if all three insert buckets are inserted. Furthermore, a waste collection container has become known from US-A-22 42 698, which can be closed by means of a hinged lid. The hinge axis of the hinged cover extends transversely to a transverse plane extending centrally in the two opposite, parallel side walls. However, this known waste collection container has no insert bins.

Starting from the prior art discussed above, the object of the invention is to provide a waste collection container, as stated at the outset, which is designed to be more convenient for receiving different types of waste.

This object is achieved by the invention specified in claims 1 and 2, respectively. The subclaims represent advantageous further developments. As a result of this embodiment, a waste collection container with an outer housing which is closed with a hinged lid is provided, in which the assignment of the lid to the correspondingly non-circular shape of the floor plan and the division of the insert buckets into the floor plan are advantageously designed with regard to use, and in addition by which Articulation points of the support bracket of the insert bucket at the transition of the straight wall sections into the arch-shaped, a favorable support function of the insert bucket is achieved. The transverse walls are used for stiffening. Furthermore, a waste collection container with a hinged lid-closed outer housing is provided, in which an upper connecting bar forms a support shoulder for the insert bucket. This support shoulder, which extends in the area of the division level, results in a favorable weight absorption of the insert buckets; one of the insert buckets can also be removed on its own without being affected by the other insert bucket. After opening the hinged lid, both mouth cross-sections of the insert buckets are presented to the user with equal rights. The insert buckets can be removed and inserted individually; wrong insertion is practically impossible due to the striking layout of the insert buckets. The overall layout and the use of the interior volume is optimally adjusted for use in kitchens or laboratories, in particular for the collection of small quantities of waste. The corresponding arrangement of a foot control lever facilitates handling in that both hands are free, for example in order to insert something into both insert buckets at the same time. On the other hand, the corresponding arrangement of the foot actuation mechanism is integrated in the cheapest way into the insert bucket division / arrangement in the outer housing. The corresponding assignment of the insert bucket folding bracket ensures that it can be removed easily, even if the insert bucket is arranged as closely as possible in the interior of the waste collection container. The special design and assignment of the folding handle bar in this regard is also advantageous in terms of production and use for the lowest possible assignment under the lid. The secant-shaped intermediate section is preferably in the apex region of the handle bar. The user must grasp the insert bucket at the most favorable bracket area. Taking into account the parallel position of the two insert buckets, the position of the secant-shaped intermediate sections is such that these intermediate sections lie in the region of the plane of symmetry running in the longer oval axis and cross them horizontally. The detection of the folding handle bar is further facilitated or even optimized in that the gripping end of the handle bar is free from the edge of the insert bucket which supports it in the folded position. The corresponding free position is achieved by simple means in that the folding handle bar is supported by means of a bottom-side projection on a horizontally outward-shaped support flange formed on the edge of the insert bucket. It does not even require additional components to form the projection, if the procedure is followed in such a way that the projection is realized by an obtuse-angled kink zone in the vicinity of the folding handlebar axis here on the handlebar itself or on the support flange. To achieve a possible Very low overall height, it finally proves to be advantageous that the support flange resting on an upper bar of the outer housing of the insert bucket is countersunk in the circumferential area of the handle and the remaining section runs in one step into the end of the bucket edge, the bar having a contour-adapted carrying shoulder. The latter not only leads to a stabilization of the edge and the carrying shoulder according to the gradation, but also to a kind of receiving shaft for the still easy-to-grip folding handle bar.

Deren Querschnittsbereich ergibt sich aus Fig. 3.The waste collection container has an outer housing 1 non-circular floor plan. The edge of the stand is framed. It is a strip 2 which is rectangular in cross section. A strip 3 also encompasses the upper edge of the outer housing in a ripe manner. The cross-sectional area results from FIG. 3.

The space distribution of the outer housing is made so that there are two inner chambers A, B. The latter extend on both sides of a division plane E-E of the outer housing, which division plane extends in the plane of symmetry extending in the shorter outline axis x-x. In the exemplary embodiment, two insert buckets 4, 5 that complement the non-circular floor plan are specified. Their flat walls 4 ', 5' run parallel to back-to-back while leaving a free space z, so using the shorter clear width of the outer housing 1. They extend to just above the footprint ST, so that approximately the entire suspension height is used can. A horizontally aligned narrow support flange 6 is formed on the outside of each upper bucket edge R. This rests on a support shoulder 7 of the strip 3. The latter has a horizontal connecting strip 8 in the area of the division plane E-E, which is rooted in the strip sections 3 'running parallel to the longer axis y-y, that is to say the strip 3 is formed on.

This bar 3 is an injection molded part. The horizontal leg of the bar 3, which forms the support shoulder 7, merges into a vertically oriented collar 9 near the edge. A web 9 'corresponding to the collar is also located on the upper side of the connecting bar 8. This leads to a T-profile with the T-web directed upwards.

As can be seen in FIG. 2, the planar, parallel walls 4 ', 5' of the insert buckets 4, 5 continue over short rounding sections into parallel planar sections 4 "and 5", which also extend at right angles to the walls mentioned, which then merge into an arcuate wall section 4 "'or 5'".

The curve of the insert buckets 4, 5 forms a secant-shaped intermediate section 4 "" or 5 "" at least in the area of the upper bucket edge R.

Between this intermediate section 4 "" or 5 "" and the corresponding section 10 'of a folding handle bracket 10 running around the edge of the bucket R there remains a gripping recess G for inserting the fingers of the carrying hand, so that the folding device which is supported on the upper side of the supporting flange 6 Handle bracket 10 can be comfortably gripped and folded up, for example in order to be able to pull the filled insert bucket 4 or 5 out of the outer housing 1 upwards. As can be seen in FIG. 3, the aforementioned folding handle bar 10 is slightly overhanged by the edge R which ends at the same height and the collar 9. The folding handle bar is in a kind of hiding position.

The bearing eyes for the folding handle 10 are located in the collar-like edge R of the insert bucket 4 or 5 projecting above the support flange 6. These are transverse bores 11 aligned parallel to the wall 4 'or 5' and spaced apart from them Axes inwardly angled temple ends can be thickened at the end in the sense of a locking assignment of the folding handle bar.

For the functional gripping of the folding handle 10, the secant-shaped intermediate sections 4 "" and 5 "" forming the gripping recesses lie in the region of the plane of symmetry of the outer housing extending in the longer axis y-y.

The free space z between the inserts 4, 5 lying on both sides next to the division plane - EE is in the area just above the standing area ST and in the one flat section of the outer housing wall running parallel to the longer plan axis yy for accommodating an actuating mechanism that moves a cover 13 used. The latter has a pedal 14. This sits at the end of a rocker arm 15 which is mounted in a fixed position near the floor and is mounted in a bottom cross-member 16 of the outer housing. The latter is in connection with the near-ground ab, parallel to the longer floor axis yy Ab cut the housing wall or the bottom bar 2. It also supports the stable cohesion of the housing. With regard to the cross-beam, it is advisable to use a U-profile with its U-opening facing upwards. The end of the rocker arm 15 mounted in the center of the housing hinges on an essentially vertically oriented lifting rod 17, which cooperates with a control arm 18 of the cover 13. The articulation point between the lifting rod and control arm 18 extends on the container side to the articulation axis 19 of the lid. The lid 13 can be articulated such that it falls back into its closed position as a function of gravity; on the other hand, it is also possible to support the corresponding closing movement by spring loading. For the transition of the lifting rod 17 into the hinge area on the outside of the housing, the wall there has an opening 20 which is adapted to the lifting path.

In the closed position, the cover 13, which is provided with a bent-down edge, falls onto a support shoulder 21 formed by the bar 3 and located on the outside of the collar 9.

A crossmember 22 near the ground and extending in the plan axis y-y additionally stabilizes the outer housing 1.

The waste collection container according to the second embodiment is basically of the same structure. The reference numerals are used mutatis mutandis in FIGS. 6-10 shown in this exemplary embodiment, in some cases without repeated text.

While the folding handle bar 10, as can be seen from FIG. 1, rests practically over its entire length on the support flange 6, which is offset downwards relative to the edge R, and its handle-forming intermediate section 4 "" or 5 "" can be easily grasped according to the gripping niche G formed, brings the second embodiment, the additional suggestion that the gripping end of the folding handle 10 is free from the supporting edge R in the folded position or the support flange 6 upwards. This allows the folding handle bar to be gripped even better. The slightly increasing outward orientation of the folding handle bar 10 in the longer axis yy is realized with simple means in that the folding handle bar 10 is attached to the said horizontally outward supporting flange 6 by means of a bottom-side projection V on said rim R, which is formed on the edge R. supports. This projection V is simply formed by an obtuse-angled kink zone of the temple ends. The latter is close to the folding handlebar axis. This is aligned parallel to the shorter floor plan axis x-x.

The degree of kinking takes into account a distance C from the gripping area of the handle bar to the underlying upper side of the support flange 6, which distance allows a comfortable grip under the folding handle bar which is consequently no longer lying flat on the upper side. The gripping niche G explained above enables the fingers of the hand to be inserted from above and from the interior defined by the bracket. The support flange 6 is offset or lowered relative to the upper end of the edge R of the individual insert buckets 4, 5, specifically in the circumferential area of the folding handle bracket 10. In the zone near the axis of this bracket, the support flange 6 rises over a step 6 'in such a way that the remaining circulation section runs at the level of the upper edge of the edge R. The position of the step 6 'in the area of the bracket axis leads to an advantageous stabilization of the bracket linkage section of the insert buckets 4, 5, which is subject to increased mechanical stress. As a result of the lowering of the support flange, a type of annular shaft results, into which the predominant length section, in particular the bow leg of the Immerse the handle 10, whereas the gripping zone extends above and beyond the upper edge of the edge R.

The support shoulder 7 formed by the upper bar 3 of the outer housing 1 is adapted to the contour of the supporting flange, so that this (6) provides an essentially full-surface support for the suspended or the suspended individual insert buckets 4, 5.

Further developments with regard to the object according to the second exemplary embodiment consist in the fact that the above-mentioned upper strip 3 is clipped with its leg encompassing the outer wall of the outer housing 1. Corresponding clip projections having a run-up slope are designated by 23. They overlap the string edge of the outer housing 1 and snapped into window-like locking holes 24. In the area of the clip lugs 23, the other, horizontal, the support shoulder 7 forming leg of the right-angle profiled strip centering spikes 25 or guide tabs. The latter are rooted on the underside of the leg mentioned. The flank 25 'of the spurs facing the clip lug 23 runs to a distance from the inside of the vertical ledge leg which corresponds to the wall thickness of the outer housing 1. There is thus a kind of centering zone with a final counterhold between the aforementioned inner surface of the vertical leg and the flank 25 ', which converges towards the top. Corresponding spurs or support surfaces can also be selected with respect to the bar forming the edge of the waste bin. In their area there are also locking lugs and opposite support surfaces, which act in the manner described.

The lid lever mechanism differs from that of the first embodiment in that the pedal 14 tilts essentially parallel to the longer plan axis yy and the linkage enables an over-dead center position which holds the lid 13 in the vertical and its closing only by an intentional pedaling movement allows at one end of the pedal 14.
