Gegenüber den vorher bekannten Wandelementen, die zum Zwecke der Formstabilität in ihren unteren und oberen Randbereichen mit einer stärkeren Krümmung versehen waren als im Mittelbereich, ergab sich beim erfindungsgemäßen Teigwarentrockner auch noch eine stets sehr gut dichtende Anlage der Wandelemente an den zugehörigen Rahmenteilen, auch dann, wenn größere Temperaturunterschiede auftraten. So kann bei der Erfindung hier auf den Einsatz zusätzlicher Abdichtbänder völlig verzichtet werden, was bei den bekannten Trocknern so gut wie nicht möglich war und wodurch auch die Notwendigkeit eines Erneuerns der Dichtungen nach dem Ausführen von Servicearbeiten entfallen kann. Eine solche StahlblechPlatte erweist sich in der Praxis als eine wirksame Dampfsperre wobei sie sich beim Einlegen unschwer und völlig von selbst der Krümmung des Wandelementes anpaßt, da sie über ihre Gesamtfläche eine entsprechende Flexibilität besitzt. Dabei ergibt sich der Vorteil, daß jegliche besondere Bearbeitung der Dampfsperre entfällt, da sich, wie schon erwähnt, das Metallblech leicht der gewölbten Form der Innenseite des Wandelementes anpaßt (wobei berücksichtigt werden muß, daß diese Wandelemente eine Länge und einen Krümmungsradius in der Größenordnung von 1 bis 3 m aufweisen). Dabei ist nur dafür Sorge zu tragen, daß auf der Innenseite des Wandelementes eine geeignete Halterung für eine solche Platte als Dampfsperre vorgesehen ist, wobei es sich hierbei jedoch nicht um eine Halterung handelt, durch welche das Stahlblech am Wandelement starr befestigt ist. Vielmehr ist eine solche Halterung vorzusehen, in welche die Stahlblechplatte nur eingelegt wird und in der sie sich beim Auftreten von Temperaturunterschieden noch ausdehnen oder zusammenziehen kann: die Halterung muß lediglich sicherstellen, daß die eingelegte Stahlplatte etwa an ihrem Außenumfang in ausreichender Form gegenüber dem Wandelement gehalten wird, so daß sie von diesem nicht wieder abfallen kann. Diese kann bei der Erfindung z.B. in besonders vorteilhafter Weise in der Form erfolgen, daß ein solches Wandelement auf seinem ganzen Außenumfang an seiner Innenseite (d.h. die dem Inneren des Trockners zugewendete Seite des Wandelementes) mit einer Profildichtung, etwa einem Gummiprofil, versehen ist, das so angeordnet ist, daß es die plattenförmige Dampfsperre gegenüber dem Wandelement abstützt. Hierbei ist es weiterhin von Vorteil, wenn die plattenförmige Dampfsperre eine solche Profildichtung, etwa eine Gummidichtung, seitlich nicht überragt (d.h., daß die Gummidichtung so um den Randbereich des Wandelementes herum angeordnet ist, daß die in ihrem umlaufenden Randbereich von der Dichtung umgebene plattenförmige Dampfsperre mit ihren seitlichen Rändern nicht über den von der Dichtung umschlossenen Flächenbereich hinausragt). Da die Dampfsperre in die Halterung nur eingelegt, nicht aber mit dieser starr gegenüber dem Wandelement verbunden sein soll und somit keine feste (starre) Verbindung zwischen Dampfsperre und Wandelement besteht, kann sich die Dampfsperre auch unabhängig vom Wandelement unter Temperatureinfluß ohne Auftreten von unerwünschten Zwangsspannungen dehnen bzw. zusammenziehen und wird doch immer ausreichend gut von der Profildichtung gegenüber dem Wandelement gehalten. Dabei erstreckt sich die Dampfsperre 21 zwischen der Dichtung 15 und der Außenhaut 18 und wird von der Dichtung 15, die ihrerseits von dem an dem Wandelement 10 befestigten Haltebügel 16 getragen wird, gegen die Außenhaut 18 angedrückt. Hierdurch wird eine ausreichend feste Halterung erreicht, die sicher verhindert, daß die plattenförmige Dampfsperre 21 aus dieser Halterung (die im übrigen ringsum um die Dampfsperre 21 herum angeordnet ist) herausfallen könnte. Allerdings ist die plattenförmige Dampfsperre 21 unter der Gummidichtung 15 nicht gegen eine etwa durch Wärmespannungen ausgelöste Ausdehnung oder Zusammenziehung blockiert, d.h. sie kann sich, trotz fortwährender Andrückwirkung der Gummidichtung 15, in ihrer Längsrichtung, also parallel zur Oberfläche der Außenhaut 18, ungestört ausdehnen oder zusammenziehen. Die Erfindung beinhaltet auch ein Verfahren zum einfachen und wirkungsvollen Auskleiden der Wandelemente mit einer Dampfsperre durch loses Einlegen eines dünnen, dampfundurchlässigen Bleches oder anderen geeigneten dünnen, flexiblen, plattenförmigen Materials in eine auf der Wandelement-Innenseite angebrachten Randhalterung (mit dem Effekt, daß diese dünne Dampfsperre sich von selbst der Wölbung des Halteelementes anpaßt und sich auch bei Temperatureinfluß relativ zum Wandelement innerhalb der Halterung frei bewegen kann, obgleich sie durch die Halterung ansonsten gut gehaltert wird). Claims (10)

1. Pasta drier with, surrounding the drier (1), an insulation cladding (8, 9, 10) whose side parts comprise individual outward-arched wall elements (10) which can be deformed in their marginal zones against frame parts (13) of the drier, characterized in that the wall elements (10) are arched in the form of a cylinder section with constant radius of curvature (R) and the appropriate frame parts (13) are made correspondingly adapted.
2. Pasta drier according to Claim 1, characterized in that the wall elements (10) are clad at their side facing the inside of the drier with a sheet (21) inserted loose in their arched shape as a vapour barrier.
3. Pasta drier according to Claim 2, characterized in that the vapour barrier is made of a thin metal sheet.
4. Pasta drier according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the wall elements (10) are made of foam or another insulating material (20) and a reistant outer skin, the outer skin facing the inside of the drier having one or more grooves (17).
5. Pasta drier according to one of Claims 2 to 4, characterized in that each wall element (10) is provided along its entire periphery on its inside with a rubber section (15) which at the same time constitutes a support for the vapour barrier (21).
6. Pasta drier according to Claim 5, characterized in that the vapour barrier (21) does not project laterally beyond the rubber section (15).
7. Pasta drier according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that each wall element (10) is hung at its top side from hinges (11) and can be pressed against the appropriate frame parts (13) by clamping elements (12) on its bottom side.
8. Pasta drier according to Claim 7, characterized in that the hinges (11) are in each case disposed essentially vertically above clamping elements (12).
9. Pasta drier according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that a supporting arm (14) which is fixed on the appropriate frame part (13) and can be flapped down is allocated to each wall element (10).
10. Pasta drier according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the wall elements (10) are of uniform thickness over their entire surface.
