Fig. 1 einen Vertikalschnitt durch den unteren Horizontalteil einer Fensterkonstruktion nach der Neuerung;

13) is not greater than the minimum thickness of the spacing joint (15).

3. Window construction according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer shells (4, 6) of the sash (1) and stick frame (2) have the same cross-section.
4. Window construction according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer shells (4, 6) have the cross-sectional shape of an open profile.
5. Window construction according to claim 1, characterized in that underneath the stick (2) of the stick frame, a gutter (19) bordering the spacer joint (15) is attached as a base profile (21) made of a material with good thermal insulation properties, in particular made of plastic.
6. Window construction according to claim 5, characterized in that the base profile (21) is provided at intervals with outflow openings (20) of the collecting channel (19) to the outside of the window.
7. Window construction according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that the base profile (21) outside the channel (19) has separate fastening flanges (22, 23) for fixing with respect to the inner profile (5) of the stick frame (2) and the structure.
The invention relates to a thermally insulated window construction made of metallic material, in particular aluminum, with a sash frame and a stick frame, with whose cross-section, box-shaped, load-bearing inner profiles are connected to outer shells while maintaining a spacing joint, including pins in projecting from the inner profiles and the outer shells in the direction of one another, overlapping webs are introduced essentially parallel to the window plane.
In known window constructions, the inner and outer profiles have been connected to one another by inserted plastic strips, which are then fixed in their position by the introduction of foamed plastic. Such connections are not heat-resistant and tend to loosen with signs of aging.
The invention is based on the object of improving the mechanical pin connection between inner profiles and outer shells. This object is achieved by the characterization of patent claim 1.
The arrangement of only two webs on the inner profile and on the outer shell has the advantage of creating an optimally firm mechanical connection with a minimum number of webs present in spite of the large volume of the inner part, which is box-shaped in cross section. The feature of enclosing the webs arranged on the inner profile by the webs arranged on the outer shell has the advantage that the torque acting from the glass rebate web on the outer shell is minimized by reducing the lever arm formed by the glass rebate web to a minimum. Because the distance between the inner profile webs and the outer shell webs that surround them is not greater than the minimum thickness of the spacing joint, the occurrence of bending moments or
Bending moment loads on the pin connection are kept as low as possible, without a deterioration in the thermal insulation properties.
With a good, thermally insulated window construction, it must be ensured that condensation water that usually occurs within the spacing joint is drained to the outside. To ensure this, the feature of claim 2 has been created. This ensures that the condensation water does not accumulate on the room side of the center seal but is always drained away on the outside in front of the center seal.
The feature of claim 3 means a simplification of production and storage.
The feature of claim 4 ensures that the spacing joint between the inner profiles and the outer shell is as far outside as possible. As a result, the volume and thus the moment of inertia of the inner profile, which is responsible for the inherent strength, can be increased while the window depth remains the same.
The characteristic of patent claim 5 ensures a controlled discharge of the condensation water that has accumulated in the area of the lower floor of the floor frame without the formation of a cold bridge from the outside to the inside of the building. In order to be able to carry out the condensation water discharge to the outside in a controlled manner down to the last detail, the shape feature of claim 6 is provided.
In order not to hinder the capture and discharge of the condensation water, but nevertheless to ensure that the stick frame is securely attached to the building, the shape feature of claim 7 is provided.
The subject matter of the invention is described in more detail with reference to the figures. Show it:
1 shows a vertical section through the lower horizontal part of a window construction according to the innovation;
FIG. 2 shows a cross section through a stick frame profile with an outer shell that is modified compared to FIG. 1.
The sash profile is indicated as a whole by 1, and the stick frame profile intended for its articulated mounting is indicated by 2. The sash profile 1 is composed of the inner profile 3 and the outer shell 4. The stick frame profile 2 is also composed of the inner profile 5 and the outer shell 6.
The inner profiles 3, 5 of the sash frame 1 and stick frame 2 are box-shaped in cross section as load-bearing parts. The connection between the inner profiles 3, 5 and the associated outer shells 4, 6 is made by means of pins 7, 8.
The pins 7, 8 run with their longitudinal axes essentially parallel to the window plane marked by the insulating glass panes 9. For connection by the pins 7, 8, the inner profiles 3, 5 are provided on their side facing the outer shells 4, 6 with two protruding webs 10, 11, which are parallel and spaced in the longitudinal direction of the inner profiles (perpendicular to the plane of the drawing in FIG. 1) run towards each other.
On the inside of the outer shells 4, 6, two protruding webs 12 and 13 are also arranged. These also run parallel to one another at a distance in the longitudinal direction of the outer shells 4, 6 (perpendicular to the image plane in FIG. 1). The webs 12, 13 of the outer shells 4, 6 are arranged opposite the webs 10, 11 of the inner profiles 3, 5 such that the webs overlap and the former border the latter from the outside. The distance 14 between the inner profile webs 10, 11 and the outer shell webs 12, 13 is not greater than the minimum thickness of the spacing joint 15 between the inner profiles 3, 5 and the outer shells 4, 6.
A center seal 16 is fastened in the spacing joint 15 of the stick frame 2 between the inner profile 5 and the outer shell 6. The center seal rests with its sealing end 17 on a sealing web 18 protruding from the inner profile 3 of the sash frame 1.
The outer shells 4, 6 of sash frame 1 and stick frame 3 have the same cross-section. The outer shells 4, 6 have the cross-sectional shape of an open profile, the openings of which face the inner profiles 3, 5.
A collecting channel 19 encompassing the spacer joint 15 as a base profile 21 made of a material with good thermal insulation properties, in particular made of plastic, is fastened below the lower floor of the stick frame profile. This serves to catch condensation water emerging from the spacer joint downwards, which is discharged through drainage openings 20 to the outside of the window. The base profile 21 forming the collecting channel 19 is provided outside the actual channel 19 with separate fastening flanges 22, 23 for fixing relative to the inner profile 5 of the stick frame 2 and the structure (not shown) by means of form-fitting connections (indicated axes 26, 27).
Spacers 24, 25 between the outer shells 4, 6 and the inner profiles 3, 5 or
their webs 10, 11 and 12, 13.
