Abstract

Le dispositif convient pour tous types de matières cosmétiques, c. à d. à la fois pour des matières dures (p. ex. des crayons pour sourcils) et pour des matières pâteuses/en forme de cire (p. ex. du rouge à lèvres) et pour des matières molles et crémeuses (p. ex. du rouge et du fard pour paupières). La position, la taille et la forme des ouvertures de sortie dans la partie supérieure peuvent être adaptées au besoin; pour les matières dures cependant, il y a lieu de s'assurer que la plus grande distance radiale depuis les ouvertures de sortie à l'axe de l'enveloppe ne soit pas inférieure au rayon de la colonne de matière cosmétique. De plus, on aurait avantage à concevoir en forme de râcleurs les rebords inférieurs des ouvertures de sortie pour les matières dures.

Claims (7)

1. Dispositif en forme de bâtonnet pour l'application de matières cosmétiques, comprenant un tube (1, 41, 51, 61), à l'intérieur duquel est disposée de façon à pouvoir être soulevée au moyen d'un mécanisme de levage une colonne de substance cosmétique, dont un bout (4, 44, 54, 64) ferme l'extrémité de sortie du tube, présente sur une partie au moins de sa surface, une matière d'applicateur (7, 47, 57, 67) pour l'imprégnation, puis l'application de la substance cosmétique, et qui est pourvu d'au moins un orifice de sortie (5, 45, 55, 65) pour que la substance cosmétique passe du tube vers la matière de l'applicateur celle-ci étant à côté de rorifice ou des orifices de sortie ou autour de celles-ci, caractérisé en ce que le bout réalisé sous la forme d'un corps rigide sert directement de support à la matière d'application et en ce que la matière de l'applicateur est une garniture en matière floquée ou en crins de pinceau recouvrant entièrement ou partiellement le bout, et sert uniquement à répartir et non à accumuler la substance cosmétique qui est sortie de l'orifice de sortie.
2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les orifices de sortie sont répartis sur l'ensemble de la surface du bout.
3. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que la section d'ouverture des orifices de sortie est différente dans des zones partielles séparées de la surface extérieure du bout.
4. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un ou plusieurs orifices de sortie sont prévus uniquement dans une zone partielle de la surface extérieure du bout.
5. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes en liaison avec un tube possédant un mécanisme de levage tournant caractérisé en ce que les bords internes des orifices de sortie, à l'arrière dans le sens de rotation, ont la forme d'un racloir.
6. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de levage peut être actionné de manière que la substance cosmétique sorte de l'orifice ou des orifices de sortie en quantité contrôlable.
