Description

The invention relates to a plate-like component, in particular a reinforced concrete mounting part, with integrated corner connecting parts made of weldable material at the corners and flush with a surface.

A reinforced concrete slab of this type is known from US-A-3 842 558 and has weldable connecting parts at all four corners. The corner areas are provided with a step-like recess on an end wall of this plate, and during assembly, i.e. When the plate is erected, the cutouts indicate the top face. Due to the special production of this known plate due to the recesses, not only does this result in an increased manufacturing outlay, but the plate cannot be mounted in a relation that deviates from the recesses. The corner areas with the notches must always adjoin each other both when lining up and when angled attachment of these panels. A variable assembly or installation that takes into account the respective spatial conditions and individual ideas and circumstances is not possible with this plate.

Aufstellen zulassen. From DE-A-2 431 424 it is known to produce room cells, for example prefabricated garages, in a casting either completely closed or without a bottom from reinforced concrete. When producing room cells without a floor, the lower narrow sides of the side walls and the end wall are provided with connecting parts made of weldable material, to which corresponding connecting parts in the surface of a reinforced concrete body designed as a floor are assigned, so that after the cell is placed on the floor, the connecting parts are connected to one another let welded. However, both a completely closed and a floor cell manufactured without a floor requires a special transporter for its transport to the installation site, which takes over the room cell by means of a special traverse, lifts it and drives it onto the chassis frame of the transporter with corresponding counter bearings and sets it down there. If the room cell has to be transported to a construction site that is difficult to drive, great difficulties can often not be ruled out when transporting these heavy room cells, just as the fixed dimensions on site do not allow variable installation and installation that takes into account the respective spatial conditions.

The invention has for its object to provide a plate-like reinforced concrete component without the aforementioned disadvantages, which in particular as a mounting element for stables or stalls often to be set up on inaccessible terrain also deliver as a single part and at the installation site taking into account individual ideas and circumstances within a very short time Put time together with similar elements to form a unit.

This object is achieved in that the corner connecting parts are flush with all surfaces and that at least one further connecting part spaced from the corner connecting parts is arranged between the corners on each end face and / or on the broad side. The weldable connecting parts are thus distributed on the broad sides and on each narrow side and are spaced apart such that two connecting parts lie opposite one another when they are placed against one another and overlapping legs form a right angle. This results in a reinforced concrete slab which, regardless of the position or side with which it is installed with the same slab, always rests with its connecting parts on corresponding surfaces of the connecting parts of the respective other slab. The individual plates can be welded to a fixed unit at the butt joints of the connecting parts. In this case, overlapping legs of the connecting parts placed flat and one on top of the other allow a particularly intimate weld seam, since there are then legs running at right angles to one another, which provide a sufficient base area for welding.

The connecting parts are already embedded in the narrow and broad sides in the prepared form in the concrete when the reinforced concrete is poured in such a way that they form transition-free, flat surfaces with the broad side (s) and / or the end faces. The broad side of a component, i.e. a reinforced concrete slab can preferably be equipped with strip-like connecting parts, while in the area of the narrow end faces, for example with angled legs, an edge or corner of the component spanning two-legged profile beams, such as L-beams, or two edges or corners, U -shaped profile beams can be arranged.

The required, statically necessary strength of the component can be achieved by a reinforcement starting from the connecting parts, for which purpose these can be welded to expansion anchors and / or round reinforcement bars.

Round reinforcing bars can preferably be welded to U-profile connecting parts. The rods can each be arranged between the flanges of opposing U profiles over the entire length or height of a component and can be fixed on the inside of the webs of the U profiles.

Als Boden- und Deckenelemente verwendete Bauteile mit in die Oberfläche einer Breitseite eingesetzten Verbindungsleisten lassen sich vorzugsweise so bewehren, daß jeweils zwei leistenartige Verbindungsteile von einer U-förmigenComponents used as floor and ceiling elements with connecting strips inserted into the surface of a broad side can preferably be reinforced so that two strip-like connecting parts each have a U-shaped one

Armierung überbrückt werden.Reinforcement can be bridged.

A component used as a wall for horse stables or stalls can be installed with permanently installed equipment on the wall side facing the interior, such as a drinking trough and / or a feeding trough, as well as ventilation openings in the lower wall area, i.e. prefabricated near the ground.

A component used as the floor can have a prefabricated depression, in particular for the drainage of the urine excreted by a horse or the liquids required for cleaning, and a roof which tapers downwards and engages in a roof opening formed by assembled wall elements. The roof can also be placed loosely on the walls, the conical edge engaging or snapping into the interior and centering the roof.

A plate-like mounting element 1 which can be used universally and is connected with similar components to form a fixed spatial unit has circumferentially distributed on each end face 2 and / or on a broad side between corner connecting parts 4 which are flush with all surfaces and which are arranged at a distance from one another and which are spaced apart from one another the assembly element made of reinforced concrete are poured so that they form a seamless, flat surface with the outer surfaces of the front or broad sides.

Fig. 3).As anchoring are suitable according to FIGS. 2 to 4 both in the surfaces of the broad sides 3 strips 5, as well as the entire width of a front side 2 bridging and enclosing these with flanges 6 U-profile support 7 (see. Fig. 2) or L-profile beams 8, which overlap an edge or corner 9 of an element 1, so that one leg 10 is flush with the end face 2 and the other leg 11 with the broad side of the element 1 (see. Fig. 3).

In the connection shown in Fig. 3, two mounting elements 1 are placed at right angles to each other and form a side and front or rear wall. The side wall 1 lies here with the front leg 10 of an L-profile support 8 arranged in this area of an anchoring strip 5 on the broad side of the transverse wall. The strip 5 is inserted at such a distance from the end face 1 of the transverse wall that it overlaps the L-profile support 8 in the longitudinal direction of the leg 10 with a viewing arm section 12, i.e. in contrast protrudes and forms with the other leg 11 of the profile 8 an inwardly open L-profile, in the corner of which a weld 13 can be placed to connect the two mounting elements 1. Corresponding to the number of anchors arranged adjacent to one another and distributed over the length or height of the mounting elements, tack seams 13 can be welded in these sections, which fix the wall parts together. Spreading anchors 14 are welded to the strips 5 or L-profile beams 8, which are cast with reinforced concrete and ensure sufficient rigidity of the mounting element 1.

Breite einer Wand bis zu den gegenüberliegenden U-Profilen erstrecken, wie das beispielsweise der Fall ist, wenn das Wandelement 1 gemäß Fig. 4 an die Bruchlinie der Wand gemäß Fig. 2 angesetzt wird.2 shows the connection of a mounting element designed as a floor 15 with a side wall and FIG. 4 shows the connection of a side wall with a mounting element 1 designed as a ceiling 16 Narrow sides of the walls with a web 17 of the U-profile 7 onto two strips 5 embedded parallel and spaced next to one another in the broad side of the floor 15 or the ceiling 16. In this case, about half of each strip width serves as a support surface; the center distance of the strips 5 is chosen so that it corresponds approximately to the width or thickness of a mounting element. The free strip sections extend on both sides of the element and, with the flanges 6 of the U-profile 7, form base areas for the attachment of weld seams 13. The floor or wall elements 15, 16 are reinforced with a compact, U-shaped reinforcement 18, the webs of which are reinforced can be welded to the strips 5, so that the strength of the floor or ceiling element 15, 16 is designed for particularly large loads where the greatest weight is to be expected, namely in the area of the support of the wall or the ceiling. Instead of a ceiling 16 welded to the walls, this can, however, also be inserted into the room opening with a circumferential, conical edge. Between the flanges 6 of the U-profile 7, round reinforcing bars 19 are welded on the inside of the web 17 and extend over the entire height or Extend the width of a wall to the opposite U-profiles, as is the case, for example, when the wall element 1 according to FIG. 4 is attached to the breaking line of the wall according to FIG. 2.

Various designs of horse stables or stalls for which the mounting element is to be used preferably are described below with reference to FIGS. 5 to 11. In the simplest case, the assembly elements 1 can be assembled into a single box 20 according to FIGS. 5 to 7. In addition to the anchorages, the side walls already have a permanently installed drinking trough 21 and / or a permanently installed feeding trough 22 and the bottom 15 has a drain sink 23. The mounting element 1 forming the front wall is equipped with a door 24 with shutters and a window 25; Just above the floor 15, ventilation openings 26 are provided in the front and in the rear wall, which ensure special cross ventilation. By assembling the prefabricated assembly elements 1 either in the manufacturing plant or on site, you can quickly and easily create a horse box 20 equipped with all the essential functions, for which there is no need for a special foundation, which can rather simply be set up on a sand planum; however, the necessary connections, such as for water supply and drainage, must be available.

In the embodiment according to FIGS. 8 and 9, two individual boxes 20 are arranged opposite one another and joined together with projecting roof projections 27 so that a stable alley covered by the roof projections 27 is formed between the two boxes 20. The stable lane can be extended as desired, for which purpose only single boxes placed one behind the other have to be arranged opposite one another. The butt joint of the roof projections 27 can be insulated, for example, with roofing felt.

Fig. 10). In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, two individual boxes 20 are arranged in parallel at a distance next to one another and connected to roof sections 28 projecting towards each side wall, the sections numbered 28 in the plan view according to FIG. 11 in a comparable manner for roofs 16 are present (see FIG. 10). The space below the interlocking roof sections 28 between the individual boxes 20 can be used, for example, as a saddle place and has a drainage 29 shown schematically. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 11 in dash-dotted lines, the roof 15 has a roof section 27 projecting on the front front irrespective of a specific combination of the horse boxes 20.

The use, i.e. the use of the component according to the invention is not limited to the construction of horse stables described in more detail above; Rather, the component can be used with the same advantages everywhere where fixed building units, such as garages - possibly on site, taking into account individual requirements and spatial conditions - are to be created in a simple manner. Any fixed units can be created by joining and welding the elements in the desired areas of the anchorages.
