Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein für den Containertransport umrüstbares Frachtschiff mit mindestens einem Laderaum,
- a) der durch eine Luke im Wetterdeck zugänglich ist, deren Öffnungsfläche kleiner als mindestens eine Staufläche in einer darunterliegenden Parallelebene ist,
- b) und in dem Vertikalführungen für Container derart horizontal versetzbar angeordnet sind, daß sie für Containerfracht in einer Arbeitsstellung unterhalb der Luke, für andere Fracht jedoch in einer einer Wand des Laderaums nahen Staulage außerhalb des Lukenbereichs angeordnet werden können.

An der Traverse sind über die Höhe des Laderaums durchgehende Vertikalführungen für die Container befestigt. Bei Verwendung des Frachtschiffs als Massengutfrachter wird die Traverse samt den Vertikalführungen längs der Laufschienen in eine Staulage im Unterstau verfahren. Zum Containertransport wird sie in den unter der Lukenöffnung liegenden Bereich gefahren und so in die Arbeitsstellung der Vertikalführung gebracht.From DE-A-32 36 925 a device of the type described above is known. In solchem Falle werden horizontal unterteilte Vertikalführungen im Bereich unter der Luke fest eingebaut und endseits an der Laderaumwandung verankert (MacGREGOR Technical Data Sheet 12, Juni 1978). Für den Containertransport befinden sich die Zwischendecks in einer Außerbetriebsstellung und lassen den Laderaum vertikal durchgehen. Für den Palettentransport sind sie in eine den Laderaum vertikal unterteilende Betriebsstellung versetzbar und gleiten dabei durch die vertikalen Abstände zwischen den Vertikalführungen.
