Claims (4)

1. Outillage de consolidetion pour le compactage de poudres métalliques, constitué d'une matrice (1) comportant un cône extérieur (16) de poinçons supérieur et inférieur (5, 6) ainsi que de guides latéraux (10 à 13) et d'une table de compression (4), le matrice (1) étant divisée eu moins en trois segments et étant en appui par l'action de ressorts et/ou de verins hydrauliques et/ou pneumatiques (2, 3), contre le table de compression, le matrice (1) étant maintenue dans un anneau extérieur (9) comportent un cône intérieur, et des moyens étant prévus pour éjecter le matrice (1) après chaque processus de compression.
2. Outillage de consolidetion selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau extérieur est guidé sur au moins deux tiges verticales (12, 13) et est appuyé par des ressorts, et/ou un vérin hydraulique et/ou pneumatique (2, 3) contre le table de compression (4), la force élastique ou l'amortissement correspondant au poids propre de la matrice (1) et de l'anneau extérieur (9).
3. Outillage de consolidation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau extérieur (9) présente un cône intérieur (14) comportant une paroi inclinée de 0,3 à 10° par rapport à l'axe central.
4. Outillage de consolidation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la matrice (1) présente un cône extérieur (16) et qu'elle est bloquée dans l'anneau extérieur (9) par des barres de serrage (14).
