Claims (9)

1. Corps de boîte arrachable en tôle, comportant deux entailles (16) qui délimitent latéralement une bande d'arrachage (18), et une patte (20) qui est une pièce en tôle séparée, soudée par une extrémité préformée à la bande d'arrachage (18), et s'étend dans sa direction longitudinale, caractérisé en ce que la patte (20) comporte à son extrémité soudée (22), une surépaisseur (24) qui est formée par une partie terminale repliée en direction de l'autre extrémité libre (26) de la patte (20).
2. Corps de boîte selon la revendication 1, comportant deux bords longitudinaux (12, 14) qui sont soudés ou peuvent être soudés entre eux par recouvrement, caractérisé en ce que la patte (20) est soudée à l'extérieur de la zone de recouvrement des bords longitudinaux (12, 14).
3. Corps de boîte selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la surépaisseur (24) fait saillie de la boîte (10), vers l'extérieur.
4. Corps de boîte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la surépaisseur (24) se termine dans une arête de bordure (28), à partir de laquelle un tronçon au moins s'étend obliquement par rapport aux entailles (16).
5. Corps de boîte selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la surépaisseur (24) a la forme d'une flèche dirigée vers l'extrémité libre (26) de la patte (20).
6. Corps de boîte selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la surépaisseur (24) a la forme d'un rectangle et d'un triangle équilatéral faisant suite à celui-ci, dont les côtés forment l'arête de bordure (28).
7. Corps de boîte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la patte (20) comporte sur la surépaisseur (24), une zone (30) préparée pour le soudage dont la structure superficielle est cannelée ou gaufrée.
8. Procédé de fabrication d'un corps de boîte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel une tôle découpée (38) plane, pourvue d'entailles (16), est courbée pour former un cylindre avec des bords longitudinaux (12, 14) qui se recouvrent, lesquels sont ensuite soudés entre eux, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie terminale de la patte (20) est repliée pour former une surépaisseur (24), en ce que la patte (20) est soudée dans la zone de la surépaisseur (24), sur la bande d'arrachage (18) de la tôle (38) plane, et en ce que la tôle (38) n'est roulée qu'ensuite.
9. Dispositif de mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 8, comportant plusieurs rouleaux (42, 44) pour rouler les tôles (38), caractérisé en ce que chacun des rouleaux (42) destiné à agir sur la face de la tôle (38) prévue pour former la face extérieure du cylindre, comporte une rainure annulaire (46) dont la largeur et la profondeur sont légèrement supérieures à la largeur ou à la profondeur de la patte (20) soudée avec sa surépaisseur (24).
