Claims (7)

1. Procédé pour la production de lignes d'ouverture dans des tôles métalliques (1 ), particulièrement pour la production de couvercles à ouverture facile pour des boîtes ou des récipients semblables, pour lesquels la tôle (1) est mise sur un support en forme d'enclume et une ligne d'incision est produite par impression des bords de frappe ou d'incision (5) d'un outillage de frappe (2), dont la forme correspond à celle de la ligne d'ouverture, jusqu'à une profondeur d'empreinte prédéterminée, caractérisé en ce que le support (3) et l'outillage de frappe (2) sont formés tous les deux par des segments individuels et composés de façon à ce que les sections de la ligne d'incision allant l'une vers l'autre sous un angle aigu soient frappées successivement et que, pour cela, un segment individuel respectif du support (3) et de l'outillage de frappe (2) soient utilisés en commun, une première section de la ligne d'incision étant produite en premier lieu et une autre section de la ligne d'incision étant produite après dans une telle position par rapport à la première section de la ligne d'incision que les deux sections de la ligne d'incision se coupent à l'origine de l'angle formé entre elles.
2. Disposition pour la réalisation du procédé conforme à la revendication 1 avec un support en forme d'enclume (3) et un outillage de frappe (2) ayant un bord de frappe ou d'incision (5), caractérisée en ce que le support (3) et l'outillage de frappe (2) sont composés tous les deux de segments individuels et que les segments de l'outillage de frappe (2) sont disposés en une position relative géométrique prédéterminée et agissent successivement sur la tôle (1 ) de sorte qu'une disposition partielle composée d'un segment individuel de l'outillage de frappe (2) et d'un segment individuel du support (3) est prévue pour chaque opération de frappe individuelle dans une opération de frappe à plusieurs stades successifs et que les dispositions partielles peuvent être opérées de manière que des sections d'une ligne d'incision se forment à un angle aigu et se coupent aux points d'origine des angles formés par elles.
3. Disposition conforme à la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le bord de frappe ou d'incision (5) de chaque partie de l'outillage de frappe (2) est courbé approximativement en arc de cercle.
4. Disposition conforme à la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les bords du frappe ou d'incision (5) des parties de l'outillage de frappe (2) ont des rayons de courbure différents.
5. Disposition conforme à une revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'un outillage de frappe avec un seul bord de frappe ou d'incision d'une longueur limitée peut être fait agir sur la tôle en des positions variantes prédéterminées et dans un ordre prédéterminé.
6. Disposition conforme à une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le bord de frappe ou d'incision (5) de l'outillage de frappe (2) a des sections de profondeurs d'empreinte différentes sur sa longueur ou sur ses différents segments individuels.
7. Disposition conforme à une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le bord de frappe ou d'incision (5) au moins de l'outillage de frappe (2) a une discontinuité (30) au minimum d'une longueur prédéterminée.
