- a restorative annealing in a temperature range between 250 and 280 ° C for periods ranging from 1 to 10 hours approximately .
- the billets are intended for spinning, it is preferable to make them undergo a homogenization between 500 and 580 ° C. for durations going from 3h to 10h in order to improve their aptitude for this hot transformation.
- FIG. 1 representing the stamped part of Examples 2 and 3 on which the dimensions in mm appear.
- the known alloys 6082 and X6013, as well as alloys 2 to 4 according to the invention, were produced in semi-continuous casting in the form of 0 120 mm billets, homogenized 24 h at 530 ° C., peeled at 0 96 mm, spun live at 470 ° C approx. in flats 60 x 10 mm, these then being dissolved at 540 ° C for 2 hours, soaked in cold water and returned to 175 ° C for 8 hours.
- alloys according to the invention achieve the desired characteristics, while the known alloys 6082 and X6013 do not achieve them.
- Alloy n ° 3 of Example 1 was cast in ⁇ 240 mm billets, homogenized at 530 ° C for 24 h, peeled at 0 220 mm, spun live at 400 ° C in round bars 0 50 mm; a piece was restored to 270 ° C for 4 hours, then stamped at 480 ° C into a part shown in Figure 1 (dimensions in mm). This was dissolved at 540 ° C - 2h, quenched in cold water and returned to 175 ° C - 8h.
- the products are mainly intended for spinning in the form of bars or profiles for example, and for stamping, but it is not excluded to laminate them in sheets, strips or to draw them, provided that these operations are carried out so as not to induce a motable crystallization.

Description
- Rp 0,2 > 380 MPa
- Rm > 420 MPa
- A%(5,65√S)≥ 10%
- 1,0 < Si < 1,15; 0,8 < Mg < 1,0; 0,8 < Cu < 1,0;
- 0,5 < Mn < 0,7; 0,08 < Zr ≤ 0,12; 0,20 < Zn < 0,70
- Rp 0,2 - 392 MPa
- Rm - 433 MPa
- A% - 10,5
