Abstract

Artificial grass fixed to bars anchored into the ground at least by their own weight, are connected by means of chains to form a mat comprised of meshes. To simplify the construction and the assembly, to lower the cost and to facilitate the appropriate arrangement of the bars carrying the grass (7), a building steel mat (1) is used as securing element for the bars. Struts (2, 3) of said mat carry removable and interchangeable bar-shaped grass supports.

Description

The invention relates to a device for soil stabilization in hydraulic engineering, consisting of rods joined to form mats, which can be anchored to the ground at least by gravity, and artificial grasses attached to them.

A device of this type is known from AU-B-45 437.

Here, the artificial grasses are attached to the intersection points of the individual rods of the braid made from the rods, so that each is a bundle that is very closely grouped near the mat.

Only at a distance from the mat can these artificial bundles of grass unfold. This arrangement creates labyrinthine paths between the individual bundles of grass, which represent undesirable flow paths. Furthermore, the arrangement and attachment of the artificial grasses on this mat is complex, since the grass bundles must be fixed to the mat by further measures not described in detail.

On the basis of this prior art, the object of the invention is to further simplify and reduce the cost of a generic device, wherein a considerably improved positionally secure arrangement of the grass holders relative to one another is achievable so far, and there is the possibility of preselecting an advantageous arrangement of the grass holders relative to one another can and the formation of labyrinthine flow paths can be prevented, if this is necessary and desired.

The solution to this problem is characterized by a structural steel mesh mat, to the rods of which prefabricated, rod-shaped grass holders are fastened, each of which consists of a first profile rod, channel-shaped profile and an at least approximately the same length, clamped into the channel of the first profile rod and encompassed by the grasses, and by means arranged on the channel-shaped profiled rod for connection to the structural steel mesh mat.

Such a mat, covered with grass holders, does not allow the grass holders to change position relative to one another due to the permanent and rigid connection of their rods.

Nevertheless, the mat to be laid flat on the bottom of the water can adapt to a certain degree to the more or less undulating water bed.

In addition, the device described above is also characterized by significantly lower manufacturing costs because conventional structural steel mesh mats can be used for this purpose.

It is also possible to fasten the grass holders in the correct position in a variety of mutually different patterns on the structural steel mesh mat in order to achieve the most favorable effect depending on the prevailing water flows.

It is beneficial in the sense of the task if the structural steel mesh mat has bars which cross each other at right angles and preferably the meshes of the structural steel mesh mats are each delimited by bar sections of at least approximately the same length, and the length of a rod-shaped grass holder approximately the clear distance between opposing bar sections of a mild steel fabric mat Stitch corresponds. A particularly favorable configuration both with regard to the manufacture of the grass holder itself and with regard to the connection between the grass holder and the structural steel fabric mat, which also ensures a secure position of the grass holders relative to one another, is characterized in that the grass holders each consist of a first profile bar, channel-shaped profile and one there is at least approximately the same length clamped in the groove of the first profile bar and surrounded by the grasses second bar and that devices are arranged on the channel-shaped profiled rod for connection to the structural steel fabric mat.

In addition, to simplify production, it is advantageous if the connection devices are molded onto the channel-shaped first rod.

In order to be able to quickly and securely connect the grass holders to the rods of the structural steel mesh mat, the connecting devices should be hook-shaped and the rods of the structural steel mesh mat should preferably be formed comprehensively with a clamping effect.

For this purpose, a preferred and particularly inexpensive embodiment is characterized by a first, extruded, channel-shaped profiled rod, in particular made of plastic, with a profile part which is molded onto it and extends over its entire length, has a hook-shaped profile and can be clamped onto a rod of the structural steel mesh mat.

It is also possible to make the grass holders longer than one mesh of the structural steel mesh mat in order to be able to produce grass holder patterns that are adapted to the prevailing conditions. In this case, however, to achieve short and, among other things, material-saving connection devices, it is advantageous if at least one recess opening out along the side is arranged in the hook-shaped profiled part, the clear cross section of which corresponds at least to the cross section of a reinforcing steel mesh rod that crosses the reinforcing steel mesh rod to which the grass holder is attached . In addition, in order to simplify the connection of the grass holders to the structural steel mesh mat, the devices for connecting the grass holders should be arranged on the long side of the grass protruding from the groove of the first channel-shaped rod.

This also favors the correct erection of the floatable grasses of a device lowered into the water. A preferred embodiment of this is characterized in that the second rod encompassed by the grasses is profiled in an annular shape and that the channel of the first profile rod is adapted to the profile of the second rod in such a way that the first profile rod and the second profile rod including the grasses by more than 180 ° includes positively.

Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are disclosed in claims 10 to 22.

A common feature of all of the embodiments is a rectangular structural steel fabric mat 1 composed of longitudinal bars 2 and cross bars 3 which cross at right angles, and of grass holders 4 fastened to the aforementioned bars.

The bars 2 and 3 are non-detachably and rigidly connected to each other at their crossing points.

Furthermore, the longitudinal bars 2 to the long sides and the transverse bars 3 to the transverse sides of the rectangular structural steel fabric mat 1 are each directed parallel.

The bars 2 and 3 each have the same circular cross-sections over their entire length.

)hr Durchmesser beträgt etwa 6 mm.) their diameter is about 6 mm.

In addition, grass holders 4 are provided, each consisting of a first extruded rod 5 and a second rod 6, which is designed as a round rod section. A large number of artificial grasses 7 made of floatable plastic are attached to the grass holder 4 and distributed over their length, preferably in the form of flexible strips.

The first rod 5 is profiled in a channel-shaped manner and has on the outside on the longitudinal side facing away from the channel a molded-on profile part 8 which extends over the entire length of the rod and is hook-shaped.

The grasses 7, which can have an effective length of 90 cm, for example, are wrapped around the rod 6 and inserted with the rod 6 into the groove of the rod 5.

The groove of the rod 5 is dimensioned and designed so that it includes the rod 6 together with the grasses 7 under clamping force more than 180 ° of the rod 6.

Der hakenförmige Profilteil 8 ist hingegen auf einen der Stäbe 2 oder 3 der Baustahlgewebematte 1 so aufgeklemmt, daß alle Gräser der in das Wasser abgesenkten Vorrichtung sich zueinander gleichgerichtet aufrichten könnenThe hook-shaped profile part 8, on the other hand, is clamped onto one of the rods 2 or 3 of the structural steel fabric mat 1 in such a way that all grasses of the device lowered into the water can straighten up in the same direction

In general, the length of a grass holder 4 corresponds to the distance between two adjacent and mutually rectified rods 2. 3 from each other, so that the grass holder 4 is supported with its end faces on the aforementioned rods and is consequently immovably supported in the direction of its longitudinal extent.

It is also possible, as shown in FIG. 4, to provide a recess 9 in the grass holder 4, specifically in the profile part 8, which comprises the rod which crosses the rod to which the grass holder 4 is attached.

This configuration allows the grass holder 4 to be formed longer than the width of a mesh 10 of the structural steel fabric mat 1. In the structural steel mesh mat 1 shown in FIG. 4, the longitudinal and transverse bars 2 are respectively. 3 arranged at the same level to each other. However, it is also possible to arrange the longitudinal and transverse bars 2 and 3 adjacent to one another along the longitudinal side, that is to say in two planes, and to firmly connect them to one another.

According to FIG. 5, grass holders 4 are fastened to each longitudinal bar 2 of the structural steel mesh mat 1, namely per row with a mesh-wide distance from one another, the grass holders 4 being aligned in the same direction as the longitudinal bars 2, while according to FIG. 6 all cross bars 3 are similar to those in FIG. 5 are occupied with grass holders 4.

In Fig. 7 sind sowohl an den Längsstäben 2 als auch an den Querstäben 3 Gräserhalterungen 4 befestigt, wobei zwischen den einzelnen Gräserhalterungen jeweils ein maschenweiter Abstand vorgesehen ist.7, grass holders 4 are fastened to both the longitudinal rods 2 and the transverse rods 3, a mesh-wide distance being provided between the individual grass holders.

In the device shown in FIG. 8, the grass holders 4 are arranged in such a way that a plurality of grass holders 4 which are arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal extent of both the longitudinal and the transverse bars form quadrilaterals.

According to FIG. 9, four grass holders 4 are each arranged to form a square, but the corners of this square are free of grass holders.

In Fig. 10 are every second Longitudinal bar 2 and on every third cross bar 3 grass holders 4 fastened, whereby a distance is provided between the grass holders 4 fastened to the longitudinal bars 2, which is twice as long as a mesh size, while the grass holders 4 fastened to the cross bars 3 are spaced apart from one another are arranged.

In addition, only the cross bars 3 are occupied with grass holders 4, which are located between the grass holders 4 of the longitudinal bars 2. In the device according to FIG. 11, the grass holders 4 are arranged approximately in a herringbone pattern, the grass holders 4 attached to the cross bars 3 being offset by a mesh size in each case in a step-like manner, and the grass holders 4 attached to the longitudinal bars also in the transverse direction of the structural steel fabric mat 1 each over a mesh size up or are arranged offset downwards.

In the device shown in FIG. 12, four grass holders 4 complement each other to form a square, the side lengths of this square each being twice as long as a grass holder and the grass holders 4 being arranged in the circumferential direction of the square with a mesh-wide distance from one another.

It is also possible to connect several such mats together to form a larger mat.

In addition, it is advantageous if the structural steel fabric mats 1 are separated longitudinally or transversely into relatively narrow strips and these strips are articulated to one another in such a way that the structural steel fabric mat 1 can be rolled up for transport.

Interlocking rings can be arranged, preferably molded, on the rods of the structural steel mesh mat strips as articulated connections.

The articulated connection of the steel mesh mat strips can also be done by means of flexible organs, e.g. B. done with ropes. This configuration also enables an even better adaptation of the laid 'structural steel fabric mat 1 to a wavy body of water than before.

The or the rods 2. 3 attached grass holders 4 can hinge around the rods to which they are attached, in a certain sense by overcoming the clamping force, so that they are roughly aligned during transport to the level of the structural steel fabric mat 1 and consequently the entire device requires less transport space than previously.

In addition, the risk is reduced that the grass holders 4 are broken off.
