Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tragplatte mit Spannvorrichtung gemäss Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches. Solche Spannvorrichtungen werden bspw. an Werkstücksauflageplatten od. dgl. an- oder aufgesetzt befestigt, wobei der Spannhebel in Schliessstellung das betreffende Werkstück (bspw. Karosserie oder Karosserieteil) gegen die Auflageplatte drückt und festgespannt hält. Dies bedeutet, dass die Auflageplatte rings um die Kontur des betreffenden Werkstückes mit Spannvorrichtungen besetzt ist. Durch moderne Fertigungsmethoden, insbesondere in der Autoindustrie, ist die Forderung entstanden, die im Zuge einer Fertigungsstrasse hintereinander angeordneten, aber auch beliebig im Bedarfsfall herausnehmbaren Transportwagen mit Spannvorrichtungen auszustatten, die mit möglichst geringer Raumbeanspruchung am Werkstück ansetzbar sind und die bei Nichtbedarf vôllig in bzw. unter der eigentlichen Aufstellfläche des Transportwagens zum Verschwinden gebracht werden können. Claims (7)

1. Carrier plate, paricularlyfor a truck or pallet, with clamping means for objects which may be secured to the plate (13) which has a through- opening (14), consisting of a clamping device arranged below the plate (13), this clamping device comprising a clamping lever, in the form of a hook (1 "), as the means for connecting two hinged members (2,3), the clamping device forming, with these hinged members, a four-membered gear unit mounted on a mounting plate (13') for the clamping device, the clamping lever (1) with its clamping part (1') projecting over the hinge (4) of one hinged member (3), a movable driving member being provided on the gear unit, characterised in that the two hinged members (2, 3) are pivotably mounted as rocker arms on the mounting plate (13') by means of their hinges (9, 10) remote from the clamping lever and with this mounting plate and the clamping lever (1) they form a double rocker arm, in that the other two hinges (4, 5) of the rocker arms are pivotably but fixedly connected to the clamping lever (1), in that the two hinged members (2, 3) are mounted so as to be jointly pivotable in the same direction both towards and away from the plate (13), in that the clamping lever (1) guided by the members (2, 3) is mounted so as, in the retracted position, to be parallel or substantially parallel, and, in the clamping position, perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the plate (13) and in that the driving member (6) of the hinged rectangle is in the form of a toggle lever actuator (6').
2. Carrier plate according to claim 1, characterised in that an over dead centre abutment (7) is provided in the region of the toggle lever actuator (6').
3. Carrier plate according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that, in the retraced position of the clamping lever (1), its longitudinal axis (8) encloses an angle of 0° up to about 10° relative to the horizontal and, in the clamping position, it encloses an angle of about 85° to 90°.
4. Carrier plate according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the end (12) of a drive element, such as the piston rod of a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder or the like, operatively connected to the toggle hinge (11), is provided at the toggle hinge (11) of the toggle lever actuator (6').
5. Carrier plate according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that a return drive is associated with the toggle lever hinge (11).
6. Carrier plate according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the clamping end of the hook (1") is provided with an adjustable pressing screw (18).
7. Carrier plate according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that, with a plurality of clamping devices arranged in a straight line underneath the carrier plate (13), these clamping devices are provided with a common drive element acting on a connecting member such as an operating rod or the like.
