  • the packaging device of the present invention by performing at least one partition wall in the tray sheet at least two compartments are formed for receiving groups of objects which have previously been collected in the predetermined number. This enables efficient packaging of the objects on fold-box type trays without reducing the capacity of the packaging machine. Furthermore, by using different shapes of tray sheets it is possible to perform the packaging into smaller collecting patterns whilst of keeping the total number of objects to be packaged the same.
  • packaging units as shown in Figures 8,10,13 and 15 may be delivered without being further treated, it is possible to apply shrinking film packaging by surrounding the peripheries of the packaging units polyethylene film. In that case, it is recommendable to provide the film in advance with a perforation running along the perforated line c of the tray sheet in order not to impede the separation of the packaging unit into two or more parts.

Claims (2)

1. Dispositif pour emballer des objets afin de former des blocs d'emballage d'une pluralité d'objets (A) emballés dans un plateau en forme de boîte, rectangulaire et ouvert, formé par pliage d'une feuille (b2, b3) de carbon ondulé ou analogue afin de former une paroi de fond, des parois latérales et au moins une paroi de cloisonnement à double épaisseur, pliée vers le haut à partir dudit fond et s'étendant en travers dudit plateau, le divisant en compartiments, chaque compartiment contenant un groupe d'objets (A) de ladite pluralité d'objets, ledit dispositif comprenant:
un transporteur-(1) destiné à faire avancer les objets (A) à emballer, un poussoir collecteur (3) mobile en travers dudit transporteur (1) pour amener lesdits objets (A) sur une surface collectrice et pour assembler de façon successive un ensemble d'objets, un dispositif (9, 11) d'avance de feuilles pour boîtes pliées, destinés à placer des feuilles préformées, pour boîtes pliées, le long de ladite surface collectrice,
et un poussoir (8) de transfer mobile en travers de ladite surface collectrice pour transférer l'ensemble d'objets (A) sur la feuille (b2), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une plaque d'arrêt rétractable pas à pas (7) faisant face au poussoir collecteur (3),
au moins une cloison de guidage (4) agencé au-dessus de ladite surface collectrice,
des moyens (6) destinés à faire monter et descendre ladite cloison (4) de guidage afin de l'amener sur le trajet du mouvement des objets (A) ou de la dégager de ce trajet,
des moyens (5) destinés à déplacer horizontalement ladite cloison (4) de guidage afin de suivre le mouvement des articles (A) poussées par ledit poussoir collecteur (3) et collectés en groupes de chaque côté de la cloison de guidage (4), et des moyens (10, 11b) destinés à préplier chaque feuille (b2) pour boîte plié afin de former chaque paroi de cloisonnement à double épaisseur, le mouvement du poussoir (8) de transfert s'effectuant à angle droit par rapport au mouvement du possoir collecteur (3) et ledit dispositif d'avance de feuilles pour boîtes pliées plaçant les feuilles prépliés, pour boîtes pliées, de manière que la paroi prépliée de cloisonnement s'étende dans une direction parallèle au mouvement du poussoir (8) de transfer et soit alignée avec ladite cloison de guidage.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un cylindre destiné à actionner ladite plaque d'arrê6 (7), des cylindres destinés à faire monter et descendre et à déplacer horizontalement ladite cloison (4) de guidage pour suivre le mouvement du poussoir collecteur (3), ainsi que le cylindre pour actionner le poussoir (8) de transfert, peuvent être commandés suivant une séquence synchronisée par un dispositif de commutation.
