  • the packaging device of the present invention by performing at least one partition wall in the tray sheet at least two compartments are formed for receiving groups of objects which have previously been collected in the predetermined number. This enables efficient packaging of the objects on fold-box type trays without reducing the capacity of the packaging machine. Furthermore, by using different shapes of tray sheets it is possible to perform the packaging into smaller collecting patterns whilst of keeping the total number of objects to be packaged the same.
  • packaging units as shown in Figures 8,10,13 and 15 may be delivered without being further treated, it is possible to apply shrinking film packaging by surrounding the peripheries of the packaging units polyethylene film. In that case, it is recommendable to provide the film in advance with a perforation running along the perforated line c of the tray sheet in order not to impede the separation of the packaging unit into two or more parts.

Claims (2)

1. Vorrichtung zum Verpacken von Gegenständem, um Verpakkungseinheiten von einer Vielzahl von Gegenständen (A) zu bilden, die in einen rechtwinkligen offenen kistenförmigen Einsatz gepackt sind, der aus einem Bogen (b2, b3) aus Wellpappe od.dgl. gefaltet ist, um einen Boden, Seitenwände und wenigstens eine doppelagige Trennwand zu bilden, die von dem Boden aufwärts gefaltet ist und sich quer durch den Einsatz erstreckt und ihn in Fächer unterteilt, wobei jedes Fach eine Gruppe von Gegenständen (A) aus der Vielzahl von Gegenständen enthält, diese Vorrichtung umfaßt:
eine Fördereinrichtung (1) zum Zuführend von zu verpackenden Gegenständen (A), einen Sammelschieber (3), der quer zu der Fördereinrichtung (1) bewegbar ist, um die Gegenstände (A) auf eine Sammelfläche zu befördern und nacheinander eine Anordnung von Gegenständen zusammenzustellen, eine Faltkistenbogen-Zuführvorrichtung (9, 11) zum Unterbringen der vorgeformten Faltkistenbögen längsseits der Sammelfläche,
une einen Übertragungsschieber (8), der quer zu der Sammelfläche bewegbar ist zum Übertragen der Anordnung der Gegenstände (A) auf den Bogen (b - 2), gekennzeichnet durch das Aufweisen einer schrittweise zurückziehbaren Anstoßplatte (7), die dem Sammelschieber (3) entgegengerichtet ist,
wenigstens einer Teilerführung (4), die oberhalb der Sammelfläche angeordnet ist,
Mitteln (6) zum Anheben und Absenken der Teilerführung (4), um sie so in die Bewegungsbahn der Gegenstände (A) hineinoder aus ihr herauszubringen,
Mitteln (5) zum horizontalen Bewegen der Teilerführung (4), um so der Bewegung der durch den Sammelschieber (3) verschobenen und in Gruppen an beiden Seiten der Teilerführung (4) gesammelten Gegenstände (A) zu folgen,
und Mitteln (10, 11b) zum Vorfalten jedes Faltkistenbogens (b2), um jede doppellagige Trennwand zu bilden, wobei die Bewegung des Übertragungsschiebers (8) im rechten Winkel zu der Bewegung des Sammelschiebers (3) verläuft und die Faltkistenbogen-Zuführvorrichtung die vorgefalteten Faltkistenbögen so unterbringt, daß sie die vorgefaltete Trennwand in einer Richtung parallel zu der Bewegung des Übertragungsscheibers (8) erstreckt und nach der Teilerführung ausgerichtet ist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zylinder zum Betätigen der Anstoßplatte (7), Zylinder zum Anheben und Absenken und zum horizontalen Bewegen, der Teilerführung (4), um der Bewegung des Sammelschiebers (3) zu folgen, ebenso wie der Zylinder zum Betätigen des Übertragungsschiebers (8) durch eine Schaltvorrichtung in zeitlicher Folge steuerbar sind.
