Description

The invention relates to a plaster profile formed as a plaster trim profile with an attachable to a building wall as anchoring base mounting leg and an angled to it, on its longitudinal edge remote from the mounting leg having a pull-off profile leg.

Plaster end profiles with a connection leg mediating the connection to an unfinished building wall, usually provided with perforations for mortaring, and a profile leg extending therefrom at an angle, the longitudinal edge of which is distant from the fastening leg is designed as a pull-off edge, are available in a wide variety of designs for interior and exterior plasters in the form of corner end strips or plaster separation profiles known.

In buildings with roofs projecting laterally over the walls of the building, there is a special type of plaster completion problem in the area between the rafters, which are usually placed on a purlin resting on the upper edge of the outer building walls, which cannot be solved by means of known plaster end profiles. Accordingly, within the scope of the invention, a plaster end strip should be created which is intended and suitable for the aforementioned need.

Starting from the plaster profile strip designed as a plaster end profile according to the preamble of claim 1, this object is achieved in that a ventilation grille extends on the side of the profile leg which has the pull-off edge and faces away from the fastening leg.

The invention thus relates to a plaster end profile which can be attached in the area between adjacent rafters, with a profile edge which conveys the top plaster end and is designed as a trigger edge and an air guiding grille which extends on the side remote from the fastening leg and from which the profile leg having the trigger edge extends and the intermediate space covers between the outer roof skin and an insulation received between the rafters, but allows an essentially unobstructed ventilation of this space in the manner customary for ventilated cold facades. In the case of properly installed insulation with an uninterrupted ventilation space in relation to the outer roof skin, the risk of moisture penetration of the insulation as a result of condensation or under the influence of other influences is effectively countered.

Appropriate embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.

Thus, the embodiment according to claim 2 enables the plaster profile strip to be designed as a simple folding profile, in which the ventilation grille extends at a distance from the fastening leg in a parallel plane to the latter. The ventilation grille itself can, according to the configuration according to claim 3, be a profile leg provided with sieve-like perforations, which extends at an angle from the profile leg having the pull-off edge.

Another embodiment provides that the ventilation grille extends in a direction opposite the profile edge of the profile edge of the profile leg, which extends at an angle from the fastening leg, in the direction of the profile leg, i.e. in the application case after the application of the external plaster in a direction opposite the outer surface of the Plaster set back level, which ensures with a high degree of security that when the plaster is applied and its subsequent smoothing by means of a trowel led through the pull-off edge, no plaster mass reaches the ventilation grille and closes its air passage openings.

A further embodiment of the invention also provides that adjoining the profile edge of the profile edge of the profile leg extending at an angle from the fastening leg is followed by a strip of strips extending from the side facing away from the fastening leg at an angle of less than 90 °, from which of the Deduction edge on the long side of the ventilation grille. The strip strip can expediently extend in a parallel plane to the profile leg provided with the pull-off edge and the web connecting the strip strip to the profile leg mentioned can form the trigger edge.

Through the invention, a plaster trim strip for installation in the area between adjacent rafters and plaster profiles extending outwards over a building wall has been created, which on the one hand provides a clean top plaster finish and on the other hand a ventilation of the space between a necessary in the interest of keeping the roof insulation dry outer roof skin and roof insulation. Appropriate dimensioning of the profile leg with the pull-off edge, which extends at an angle from the fastening leg that can be attached to the building wall, enables simple adaptation to different plaster thicknesses up to thermal insulation plasters, which are disproportionately thick compared to simple mineral plasters. In the same way, the plaster profile strip according to the invention can be adapted to so-called full heat protection systems, in which heat insulation panels made of polystyrene, for example, are applied in thicknesses of up to ten centimeters and more on the outside and then coated on the outside with a plaster that provides weather protection.

In schematischen Ansichten zeigen:

An embodiment of the plaster profile strip according to the invention and an application example sol len will be explained below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Schematic views show:
  • 1 is the plaster profile strip with ventilation grille alone in a perspective view,
  • Fig. 2 is a perspective schematic view of the installation of the plaster profile strip according to FIG. 1 between the rafters of a roof projecting over the side walls of a building and
  • Fig. 3 is a vertical section along section line 111-111 in Fig. 2 by the plaster finish mediated by the plaster profile strip on the top in the area between the rafters.

The plaster end strip, designated in its entirety by 10, is an elongated profile strip with a fastening leg 11, a profile leg 12 which extends at a right angle therefrom and a profile leg 13 which on the side facing away from the fastening leg again extends at right angles to the profile leg 12, the formed as a ventilation grille 14 and broken by a plurality of closely spaced through holes 15. The mounting leg 11 is also provided with a plurality of adjacent perforations 16, which, however, have a much larger diameter than the perforations 15 of the ventilation grille 14 and serve in the manner to be explained below to fasten the plaster profile strip to a building wall by means of mortar. The longitudinal edge of the profile leg 12 removed from the mounting leg 11 is designed as a pull-off edge 18 and in parallel to the edge of the profile leg 12 remote from the mounting leg 11 'extends a strip strip 19 to which the profile leg 13 designed as a ventilation grille 14 extends in a parallel plane to that Fastening leg 11 extends at a distance from the trigger edge 18 to the side remote from the fastening leg 11.

Plaster profile strips of this type are usually designed as corrosion-protected metallic profiles, but can of course also consist of plastic.

Das Putzabschlußprofil 10 ist in den Fig. 2 und 3 hingegen in vollen Linien veranschaulicht.2 and 3 illustrate the intended use of the plaster profile strip 10, which is designed as an end profile, in the area between adjacent rafters 20 of a roof that extends outside the walls of a building. For better clarification, only the shell wall 21 and two adjacent rafters 20 are shown in dash-dotted lines in dash-dotted lines in FIG. 2, as is insulation 25 arranged between the rafters 20, but not the roof skin and a plaster layer applied to the outside of the building wall. In contrast, the sectional view according to FIG. 3 shows the roof skin 24, the insulation 25 accommodated between the rafters and also a plaster layer 26 which is applied to the outside of the building wall and forms the weather protection, in likewise dash-dotted lines. The plaster finish profile 10 is illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, however, in full lines.

In case of use, the spacing between adjacent rafters 20 corresponding length cuts of the plaster profile strip are attached to the outside of the building wall 21 such that the profile leg 13, which extends in parallel with the fastening leg 11 and is designed as a ventilation grille 14, extends between the rafters 20 up to the top roof skin 24 and the fastening leg 11, which runs parallel to it and is connected to the ventilation grille 14 via the profile leg 12 provided with the pull-off edge 18, bears on the outside against the upper edge of the building wall 21. In this position, the plaster profile strip is mortared in a known manner, for example by means of mortar slugs (27), the mortar slugs being connected to the building wall through the perforations 16 in the fastening leg 11. After attaching the plaster profile strip, the plaster is applied to the outside of the building wall in a likewise known manner and then, as is also known, removed by means of a straight edge, wherein, in addition to other guide means for the straight edge, the pulling edge 18 extending in the area between two adjacent rafters 20 is used as the upper side Serves guidance for the straightforwardness and at the same time forms the upper end of the finished plaster 26.

Einer derartigen Belüftung kommt neben der erwünschten Trockenhaltung des Holzwerks eines Daches auch im Interesse einer Trockenhaltung der Isolation und damit der Aufrechterhaltung der der Isolation eigenen Wärmedämmeigenschaften erhebliche Bedeutung zu.Due to the ventilation grille 14 extending between the rafters 20 and reaching up to the roof skin 24 or a formwork attached under the roof skin, the area between adjacent rafters is covered to the outside against the ingress of birds, mice or the like, but in one an unobstructed ventilation of the space between the roof skin 24 and the insulation 25 accommodated between the rafters, as the arrow 28 in FIG. 3 indicates. In addition to keeping the woodwork of a roof dry, such ventilation is also of considerable importance in the interest of keeping the insulation dry and thus maintaining the insulation's own thermal insulation properties.
