Claims (6)
- Device for forming evenly extending protruding edges on or in buildings, especially drip edges or water conducting edges on balconies, jutting out building components, sills, and edges of coating substance [TRANSLATOR's NOTE: the German word 'Putz' is herein translated as 'coating substance', to include plaster, mortar and similar substances] or groove boundary edges, wherein an angle section strip (1) consisting of plastics which, when forming an edge on the building, can be located on the building or on the building part by means of filler, coating substance or the like, and one of whose flanges, its first flange (2), determines the edge on the building after the strip has been secured, and whose other flange, its second flange (3), which extends transversely with respect to the first flange (2) forming a corner (4) of the strip with the first flange and which is connected to wide mesh lattice work (5) facilitating location of the strip by means of filler or coating substance, and wherein the first flange (2) is also connected to wide mesh lattice work (6) projecting beyond the corner (4) of the strip.
- Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the wide mesh lattice work (5, 6) is formed of plastics covered glass fibre weave.
- Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the angle section strip (1) is formed of injection moulded PVC or PPE strip.
- Device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that at least one of the strip flanges (2, 3) of the angle section strip (1) is provided with perforations (8, 9).
- Device according to claim 4, characterised in that the perforations take the form of holes (8).
- Device according to claim 4, characterised in that at least some of the perforations of one of the two strip flanges take the form of cut outs (9) arranged evenly spaced from each other and extending from the edge (7) of the strip to the corner (4) of the strip.
