Claims (7)
- I. Dispositif d'extinction d'arc électrique pour interrupteur électrique de puissance dans les réseaux électriques, comportant une chambre d'extinction qui reçoit par phase au moins un élément de contact fixe (4) et un élément de contact mobile (1), ce dernier étant en forme de couteau d'interrupteur, des tôles d'extinction (8) étant placées dans la chambre d'extinction (7), ces tôles étant parallèles et distantes les unes des autres, dispositif caractérisé en ce que l'élément de contact fixe (4) et la chambre d'extinction (7) sont montés sur un rail-collecteur (5), les tôles d'extinction (8) étant décalées dans la direction longitudinale et parallèlement au railcollecteur (5) dans la chambre d'extinction rempli d'hexafluorure de soufre ou de mélange contenant de l'hexafluorure de soufre, la distance entre l'élément de contact mobile (1) et les tôles d'extinction (8) augmentant en fonction du mouvement de coupure.
- 2. Dispositif d'extinction d'arc électrique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les tôles d'extinction (8) sont disposées de manière parallèle à la direction de mouvement de l'élément de contact mobile (1), cette direction correspondant au moins partiellement à la direction de la force magnétique de l'arc électrique.
- 3. Dispositif d'extinction d'arc électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les tôles d'extinction (8) sont isolées l'une par rapport à l'autre ainsi que par rapport aux éléments de contact (1, 4) et au railcollecteur (5).
- 4. Dispositif d'extinction d'arc électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les tôles d'extinction (8) sont empilées de manière à se chevaucher pour que l'arc électrique subdivisé de manière magnétique soit limité par une surface de refroidissement ininterrompue.
- 5. Dispositif d'extinction d'arc électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que deux parois (10) sont reliées par deux supports (11, 12) pour former la chambre d'extinction (7) qui peut être réalisée en une seule pièce et est solidarisée à proximité de l'élément de contact fixe (4).
- 6. Dispositif d'extinction d'arc électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les tôles d'extinction (8) sont réalisées en un métal qui est muni d'une couche métallique différente de ce métal.
- 7. Dispositif d'extinction d'arc électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la chambre d'extinction (8) est prévue en plus du dispositif de soufflage d'arc électrique.
