Claims (6)

1. An jegliche Fensteröffnung leicht anpassbare Tragkonstruktion für Rollvorhänge, der eine Spannvorrichtung für diese Vorhänge zugeordnet ist, mit einem Kasten (2) sowie einer hohlen, mit einer Längsnut (4) versehenen Walze (3), über die ein Gitter (5) - der entsprechende Vorhang - gewickelt ist, wobei an den beiden Enden des Kastens ein erster (9) und ein zweiter (11) Kopf für die freie Lagerung der Walze und der Feder-Aufrollvorrichtung (10) angebracht und vertikale Führungen (7) für die Gitterkanten sowie Hakenelemente (31) zum Halten des Vorhanges in gespannter Lage angeordnet sind, welche seitliche Führungen (7) aus einem durchgehenden Abschnitt eines Profiles im wesentlichen in C-Form bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
- daß der zweite (11) Kopf mit einer Vorrichtung zur Spannungsregelung des Gitters versehen ist, die aufweist: ein Walzen-und Tragelement (19); ein Element (23), das innerhalb der Walze bewegbar und mit ihr drehbar ist, Vorrichtungen (16 und 24) zur Steuerung der Verschiebung des Bewegungselementes (23), ein Rad (17), das an seinem Umfang mit Rasten (18) versehen ist und das mit den die Verschiebung steuernden Vorrichtungen zusammenwirkt, ineinander eingreifende Fortsätze (21 und 22), von denen einer vom Bewegungselement (23) und einer vom Rad (17) vorspringt; eine Riegelvorrichtung (25), die in die Rasten (18) des Rades (17) eingreift, und bewegliche Organe (34), die an den Enden einer Basisleiste (29) angebracht sind, die mit mindestens einem Ansatz (35) versehen ist, der unter einen höhenverstellbaren Anschlag (31) einzusetzen ist;
- daß die seitlichen Führungen (7) entlang ihrer gesamten Länge mindestens an einer ihrer offenen Ränder eine elastische Dichtung (28) aufweisen, die vorzugsweise aus einer durchgehenden Bürste besteht, wobei die freien Enden dieser Dichtung auf die in den Schlitz eingesetzten Kanten des Gitters (5) einwirken;
eine abnehmbare, als Distanzstück verwendete Beilage wird eingesetzt;
- daß die Basisleiste (29), mit der das Gitter verbunden ist, durch ein Profil gebildet wird, das an seinem oberen Teil und entlang seiner gesamten Länge einen nach oben offenen Schlitz (36) aufweist sowie eine Unterschneidung besitzt, in die das Ende der Schnur (41) für die Bedienung des Vorhanges oder Gitters eingreift oder verschiebbar aufgenommen ist, wobei dieser Schlitz symmetrisch zur vertikalen Längsmittelebene der Leiste ausgebildet ist, sowie ferner das Profil an seiner Vorderseite und entlang seiner gesamten Länge eine weitere Schwalbenschwanznut (40) zur Aufnahme des Betätigungsgriffes (39) aufweist, der als gesonderter Teil ausgebildet ist, und die Leiste (29) weiters zentrale Längsbohrungen (31) zur Aufnahme der Befestigungselemente der beiden Endstücke der Köpfe besitzt, die auch als Anschlag und unteres Blockierelement des Vorhanges oder Gitters in seiner gespannten Lage dienen.

Tragkonstruktion nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Riegelvorrichtung (25) am Kopf (11) im gleichen Niveau mit dem mit Rasten (18) versehenen Rad (17) angebracht und aus einer von den Rasten (18) ausgerückten Stellung in eine eingerückte Stellung frei bewegbar ist, wobei die Riegelvorrichtung (25) von einer verschiebbaren Klinke gebildet wird, die in ihrem oberen Teil, das ist der mit den Rasten zusammenwirkende Teil, die Gestalt eines asymmetrischen umgekehrten "V" besitzt, ferner diese Klinke vorzugsweise in einer außermittigen Stellung gegenüber dem Rad (17) angeordnet ist.
3. Tragkonstruktion nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als Distanzstück verwendete Beilage (33) mit einem Griff (30), z.B einem Ring oder dergleichen ausgestattet ist.
4. Tragkonstruktion nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Endköpfe (34) mit zwei Ansätzen (35) versehen sind, die gegenüber der Basis (43) symmetrisch sind.
5. Tragkonstruktion nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsschnur (41) durch Einsetzen in die vordere Schwalbenschwanznut (40) oder dergleichen festlegbar ist und der Griff (39) in Teile geteilt ist, um die Anordnung der Schnur in der Mitte der Leiste (29), das heißt in der Mitte des Vorhanges oder Gitters (5), zu ermöglichen.
6. Tragkonstruktion nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klinke (25) in ihrem oberen Teil die Gestalt eines umgekehrten symmetrischen " V" aufweist.
