dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die in der Fixierplatte (8) vorgesehenen Bohrungen auf der Haltekörperseite der Fixierplatte jeweils durch frei von der Fixierplatte (8) abstehende, mit der Fixierplatte einstückige Führungsröhrchen (12) fortgesetzt sind.
