Abstract

Die Bildung einer Fadenreservewicklung auf einer Spulenhülse erfolgt an einer Spinnvorrichtung, bei welcher der Faden mittels eines Abzugswalzenpaares kontinuierlich aus der Spinnvorrichtung abgezogen und zur Bildung der Fadenreservewicklung erfaßt und auf die Spulenhülse aufgewunden wird. Erfindungsgemäß wird unmittelbar nach dem Erfassen des Fadens die Spinnspannung zum Aufwinden der Fadenreservewicklung zur Wirkung gebracht und nach dem Aufbringen der Fadenreservewicklung der Faden mit der normalen Aufwindespannung aufgewunden. Furthermore, the mouth 40 of the thread suction device 4 in EP-OS 0 069 205 corresponds to the thread suction pipe 6 connected to a vacuum source, not shown, which has a thread cutting device 60 in the vicinity of its mouth. Since the thread guide fork 5 is arranged in a stationary manner, a thread deflector 8 takes over the guiding of the thread by means of a pivoting movement in order to form the reserve windings. Furthermore, a pivotable thread lifter 7 is provided near the outside of the bobbin plate 4. Anschliessend wird der Fadenheber 7 hochgeschwenkt, so daß der in das Fadenabsaugrohr 6 abgeführte Faden in den Wirkungsbereich der nahe der Ansaugöffnung des Fadenabsaugrohres 6 befindlichen Fadenabschneidvorrichtung 60 gelangt, und gleichzeitig der Fadenauslenker 8 in Richtung zur Spulenhülse 3 und über deren der Reservewicklung vorbehaltenen Abschnitt hinaus verschwenkt. Der zwischen dem Fadenheber 7 und dem Fadenauslenker 8 liegende Fadenabschnitt befindet sich damit in einer Stellung, in der er die Drehebene der Fadenfangschlitze 40 auf dem Umfang des mit der Spulenhülse 3 mitumlaufenden Spulenteller 3 kreuzt und dabei von einem dieser Schlitze eingefangen wird. Der Fadenabzug durch die Spulenhülse erfolgt während der Dauer des Aufwickelns der Fadenreserve, die vorzugsweise in der Weise auf die Spulenhülse gebracht wird, daß ein Abschnitt des abgeschnittenen Fadens von der Reservewicklung überwunden wird (Figur 2). Dieses Überwinden erfolgt, nachdem der Fadenauslenker 8 kurz nach Beginn der Mitnahme des Fadens durch die Spulenhülse durch Wegschwenken in Richtung zum Spulenteller 4 den Faden freigegeben und die in der radialen Ebene der Fadenreservewicklung angeordnete Fadenführungsgabel 5 die Fadenführung übernommen hat.As soon as the thread is gripped by one of the thread catch slots 40 and is thus fixed on the sleeve 3, the pressure becomes roller 20 of the draw roller pair is lifted from the drive roller 2 (distance a). Verfahren zum Bilden einer Fadenreservewicklung auf einer Spulenhülse an einer Spinnvorrichtung, bei welcher der Faden mittels eines eine Druckwalze enthaltenden Abzugswalzenpaares kontinuierlich aus der Spinnvorrichtung abgezogen und zur Bildung einer Fadenreservewicklung erfaßt und auf die Spulenhülse aufgewunden wird, da- durch gekennzeichnet, daß unmittel- bar nach dem Erfassen des Fadens die Spinnspannung zum Aufwinden der Fadenreservewindungen zur Wirkung gebracht wird und nach dem Aufbringen der Fadenreservewicklung das Aufwinden des Fadens mit der normalen Aufwindespannung erfolgt.1.
