Abstract

Le récipient comporte une partie inférieure (9) ainsi qu'une feuille de couverture (12) à sceller avec la première. Dans la partie inférieure du récipient sont prévues une petite chambre (10) et une grande chambre de réaction (11). Entre ces deux chambres se trouve un pont (16). La feuille de couverture présente une forte couche de thermolaque (13) ainsi qu'une faible couche de thermolaque (14). Une partie de forme rectangulaire (15) de la faible couche de thermolaque vient se placer sur le pont (16) de la partie inférieure du récipient (9). Le liquide à tester est amené dans la chambre de réaction par une ouverture (18) pratiquée dans la feuille de couverture. En comprimant la petite chambre (10), ou décolle la partie (15) de la feuille de couverture du pont (16) et on fait passer le liquide de la petite chambre à la chambre de réaction. Ce récipient convient tout particulièrement pour des essais comparatifs de sang de patient et de sang en conserves avec des sérums d'essai. Un danger de contamination est exclu.
