Abstract

An inflatable boat element consists at least of a boat cell (2) of large volume as well as several boat chambers (1) of small volume which are arranged inside the wall of the boat cell (2) and which, upon inflation, give the boat cell (2) of large volume its shape and strength, the boat cell of large volume forming the main buoyancy element and being usable as a storage space with the use of an appropriate opening. The intention is to form an inflatable boat in which the boat cell (2) of large volume does not need to be pumped up or only needs to be pumped up very slightly so that an inflatable boat of this type can be pumped up even with the use of relatively small pumps. In its design as an inflatable boat, the boat cell (2) of large volume forms the closed inflatable element of the inflatable boat, can likewise be exposed to a positive pressure when the boat chambers (1) of small volume are being pumped up or after they have been pumped up. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to an inflatable boat hull with at least one large-volume boat cell and a plurality of small-volume boat chambers arranged within the wall of the boat cell, which impart their shape and stability when the large-volume boat cell is inflated, the large-volume boat cell forming the main buoyancy body and using a corresponding opening as Storage space is usable.

Starting from an inflatable boat hull, the invention is therefore based on the object of designing it in such a way that an inflatable boat is formed in which the large-volume boat cell does not have to be inflated, or only very weakly, so that the inflating of such an inflatable boat is relatively small even when used Pumps with a low filling volume can be carried out in a very short time.

To achieve this object, the invention is characterized in that when the inflatable boat body is designed in the form of an inflatable boat, the large-volume boat cell forms the closed tubular body of the inflatable boat, which can also be subjected to overpressure when or after the small-volume boat chambers are inflated.

The first thing to do is to inflate the small-volume boat chambers, which already give the hull its final shape. When inflating the small-volume boat chambers 1 is created in the large-volume boat chamber 2 Negative pressure (subatmospheric pressure), which is compensated for by sucking in air through an open valve.

As soon as the small-volume boat chambers 1 are under pressure, the large-volume boat chamber 2 has practically automatically filled with air, which is now under atmospheric pressure. In order to achieve an overpressure, only a relatively small amount of air has to be pumped in.

It is useful for this if both the large-volume boat cell and the small-volume z boat chambers are equipped with pressure valves.

In addition, it is preferred if the large-volume boat cell is divided by partitioning into several chambers that can be subjected to an excess pressure.

  • Figur 1 zeigt ein Profil eines Tragschlauches in elliptischer Ausbildung längs des Schnittes I - I der Figur 2;
  • Figur 1 ist die Draufsicht auf die Figur 1 längs des Schnittes II-II der Figur 1;
  • Figur 3 zeigt ein rundes Profil eines Tragschlauches längs des Schnittes IV-IV der Figur 4;
  • Figur 4 ist die Draufsicht auf die Figur 3 längs des Schnittes III-III der Figur 3;
  • Figur 5 ist ein halbkreisförmiges Profil längs des Schnittes V-V der Figur 6;
  • Figur 6 ist ein Schnitt längs des Schnittes VI-VI der Figur 5;
  • Figur 7 zeigt eine andere Profilform des Tragschlauches längs des Schnittes VII-VII der Figur 8;
The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of exemplary embodiments. Show it:
  • FIG. 1 shows a profile of a carrier tube in an elliptical configuration along the section I - I of FIG. 2;
  • Figure 1 is a top view of Figure 1 along the section II-II of Figure 1;
  • Figure 3 shows a round profile of a support tube along the section IV-IV of Figure 4;
  • Figure 4 is a top view of Figure 3 along section III-III of Figure 3;
  • Figure 5 is a semi-circular profile along the section VV of Figure 6;
  • Figure 6 is a section along section VI-VI of Figure 5;
  • Figure 7 shows another profile shape of the support tube along the section VII-VII of Figure 8;
  • FIG. 8 is the top view of FIG. 7 along the section VIII-VIII of FIG. 7.

In the figures, the same numbers indicate the same parts. A small-volume boat chamber 1 is under positive pressure. A large-volume boat cell 2 is under normal pressure.

When the boat chamber 1 is filled up, it has approx. 20 to 30% of the air content in the boat cell 2. When the boat chamber 1 is filled, a valve in the boat cell 2 is open. It is thereby achieved that the object to be inflated (inflatable boat) already approximately reaches a certain shape, ie, by inflating the boat chamber 1, the boat cell 2 is already approximately filled by the resulting negative pressure. If the boat chamber 1 is filled, the valve of the chamber 2 is closed.
It is also possible to use a check valve. It may then only be necessary to generate the required pressure in the boat cell 2 only by pumping.
