Abstract

Dieses für die Rückenlehnen von Kraftfahrzeugsitzen bestimmte Kissen hat nach bekannten Vorschlägen mehrere sich quer zum Sitz erstreckende Kammern. Um bei solchen Kissen nicht nur durch Aufblasen einzelner Kammern eine Verstellmöglichkeit nach unten bzw. nach oben herbeiführen zu können, sind aufgrund der Erfindung weitere Kammern zu beiden Seiten der waagerechten Kammern vorgesehen, die sich im wesentlichen über die Höhe der etwa waagerecht verlaufenden Kammern erstrecken. Dadurch wird eine weitgehende Beeinflussung der Lendenrandbereiche des Benutzers durch eine entsprechende Beaufschlagung der senkrechten Kammern möglich.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein pneumatisches Kissen zum Einbau in die Rückenlehnen für Kraftfahrzeugsitze mit zwei oder mehreren übereinanderliegenden, sich im wesentlichen quer zum Sitz erstreckenden Kammern, wobei diese vorzugsweise im Lendenbereich des Benutzers bzw. im unteren Teil der Rückenlehne angeordnet sind.
  • Aus mehreren für sich aufblasbaren Kammern ergibt sich bei Kissen der oben erwähnten Art der Vorteil, daß eine Einzelbeaufschlagung der Kissen möglich ist, so daß sich der Benutzer sein Rückenkissen seinen eigenen Wünschen entsprechend einstellen kann. Bei den Kissen der oben erwähnten Art, also bei solchen Kissen, die aus 2 oder mehreren übereinanderliegenden, quer verlaufenden Kissen bestehen, ist jedoch nur eine Art "Höhenverstellung" möglich, ob dabei lediglich eine Kammer beaufschlagt ist oder drei Kammern beaufschlagt sind, in jedem Falle wirkt das Kissen über die gesamte Breite der Rückenlehne.
  • Die Erfindung strebt eine noch bessere Einstellmöglichkeit des pneumatischen Kissens an; vor allen Dingen soll dabei erreicht werden können, daß der Benutzer auch eine gewisse Rückenwölbung einstellen kann, um so auch im Lendenbereich einen gewissen Formschluß zu erzielen, der bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten z.B. auch bei der Kurvenfahrt des Fahrzeugs von Bedeutung sein kann.
  • Der Erfindung liegt somit die Aufgabe zugrunde, die eingangs erwähnten Kissen so auszubilden, daß nicht nur eine Verstellmöglichkeit nach oben hin, sondern zusätzlich auch eine Verstellmöglichkeit in Querrichtung, z.B. zum Einstellen einer Lendenwölbung, gegeben ist.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß zu beiden Seiten der im wesentlichen waagerecht verlaufenden Kammern zumindest je eine senkrechte Kammer angeordnet, die sich im wesentlichen über die Höhe der etwa waagerecht verlaufenden Kammern erstreckt. Im Mittelbereich der Rückenlehne befinden sich demgemäß die übereinander angeordneten, im wesentlichen quer verlaufenden Kammern, die ihrerseits zwischen zwei senkrecht verlaufenden Kammern eingeschlossen sind.
  • Eine solche Anordnung der Kammern ermöglicht eine weitgehende Beeinflussung der Lendenrandbereiche durch entsprechende Beaufschlagung der seitlich gelegenen senkrecht verlaufenden Kammern. Zudem kann in üblicher Weise eine Einstellung der mittig im Lendenbereich angeordneten waagerechten Kammern erfolgen.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Kissen soll insbesondere bei solchen Fahrzeugsitzen bzw. deren Rückenlehne verwendet werden, die zu beiden Seiten der eigentlichen Rückenanlagefläche wulstartige Verdickungen aufweisen, die sich senkrecht nach oben zum oberen Rand des Rückenpolsters erstrecken.
  • Um ein so ausgebildetes Kissen in einfacher Weise an eine Druckluftquelle anschließen zu können, was in üblicher Weise durch Schläuche oder dgl. erfolgt, werden aufgrund eines weiteres Vorschlages der Erfindung diese Schläuche an den unteren Rand des Kissens herangeführt, wobei auch für die oben gelegenen, quer verlaufenden Kammern ein Anschluß am unteren Rand des Kissens vorgesehen ist.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung werden anhand der Zeichnung erläutert, in der ein vorzugsweise zur Anwendung kommendes Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt ist. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 eine Rückenlehne für einen Kraftfahrzeugsitz in schaubildlicher Darstellung und
    • Fig. 2 das für die Rückenlehne gemäß Fig. 1 vorgesehene pneumatische Kissen für den unteren Bereich der Rückenanlagefläche (Lendenanlage).
  • Die Rückenlehne weist mittig eine sich im wesentlichen über die Höhe der Rückenlehne sich erstreckende nahezu ebene Anlagefläche 1 auf, zu beiden Seiten davon im Randbereich der Rückenlehne Wülste 2, die sich ebenfalls bis an den oberen Rand der Rückenlehne erstrecken. Es versteht sich, daß die Rückenlehne am oberen Rand mit einer Kopfstütze versehen sein kann. Etwa im unteren Teil der Anlagefläche 1, in der Höhe sich etwa über ein Drittel der Rückenlehnenhöhe erstreckend, befindet sich eingebaut in die Rückenlehne, unterhalb des Bezuges und einer Abdeckung, ein im Grundriß im wesentlichen quadratisches oder rechteckiges pneumatisches Kissen, das durch nicht näher dargestellte Befestigungsmittel gegen Verrutschen gesichert ist.
  • Dieses in Fig. 2 näher dargestellte Kissen, im wesentlichen aus Gummi oder gummiähnlichen Stoffen, hat in seinem Mittelbereich zwei übereinander angeordnete quer verlaufende Kammern 3 und 4, wobei die obere Kammer 4 durch einen Quersteg 5 effektiv in zwei Kammern 6, 7 unterteilt ist.
  • Zu beiden Seiten der Kammern 3, 4 befindet sich am seitlichen Rand des Kissens eine sich senkrecht nach oben erstreckende Kammer 8. Die Länge dieser Kammern entspricht der Höhe, die..durch die beiden Kammern 3, 4 bestimmt ist.
  • Die Kammer 3 hat einen Schlauchanschluß 9; einen Schlauchanschluß 10 und 11 haben die seitlichen Kammern 8. Der Schlauchanschluß für die Kammer 4 ist mit 12 bezeichnet.
  • Alle Schlauchanschlüsse gehen vom unteren Rand des Kissens aus, und es versteht sich, daß dadurch die Verlegung dieser Schläuche von der Rückenlehne aus zu einer Druckluftquelle oder Steuermitteln wesentlicht vereinfacht ist. Die Anschlüsse 9, 10 und 12 liegen dabei auf einer Seite des Kissens unmittelbar benachbart. Der Schlauchanschluß 11 für die gegenüberliegende Kammer 8 muß notwendigerweise am zugehörigen Rand des Kissens angeordnet sein. Um dabei auch für die Kammer 4 einen Schlauchanschluß am unteren Rand installieren zu können, hat die Kammer 4 einen Fortsatz 13, der zum unteren Rand des Kissens reicht. Teile der Kammer 4 umschließen daher aus Symmetriegründen beidseitig die Kammer 3, um den Fortsatz 13 bilden zu können.

Claims (6)

1. Pneumatisches Kissen zum Einbau in die Rückenlehnen für Kraftfahrzeugsitze mit zwei oder mehreren übereinanderliegenden, sich im wesentlichen quer zum Sitz erstreckenden Kammern, wobei diese vorzugsweise im Lendenbereich des Benutzers bzw. im unteren Teil der Rückenlehne angeordnet sind und wobei ferner das Kissen vorzugsweise im Mittelbereich der Rückenanlagefläche zwischen zwei Randwülsten der Rückenlehne angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zu beiden Seiten der im wesentlicheewaagerecht verlaufenden Kammern (3, 4) je eine Kammer (8) angeordnet ist, die sich im wesentlichen Ober die Höhe der etwa waagerecht verlaufenden Kammern erstreckt.
2. Kissen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zu beiden Seiten von drei waagerecht verlaufenden Kammern (3, 6, 7) auf jeder Seite eine senkrechte Kammer (8) angeordnet ist.
3. Kissen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich dieses im wesentlichen über ein Drittel der Höhe der Rückenlehne erstreckt.
4. Kissen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schläuche für die Luftzufuhr an den unteren Rand des Kissens herangeführt sind, wobei auch für die oben gelegenen querverlaufenden Kammern (6, 7) der Anschluß am unteren Rand des Kissens vorgesehen ist.

Kissen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unten gelegene querverlaufende Kammer (3) eine geringere Länge hat als die darüber befindliche Kammer (4) und daß die'oben gelegene Kammer die darunter gelegene über schmale Durchgänge (13) seitlich umschließt, von denen aus zumindest an einer Seite ein Druckluftanschluß (12) ausgeht.
6. Kissen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei zwei übereinanliegenden querverlaufenden Kammern (3, 4) eine von beiden, vorzugsweise die oben gelegene durch eine querverlaufende Wand unterteilt ist.
