Claims (8)

1. Dérouleur servant à dérouler des fils de bobines dans l'industrie des câbles, composé de supports de bobines dont le mandrin tubulaire est traversé par un arbre qui porte à son extrémité libre un disque de ballon entraîné par un moteur, chaque support étant disposé au-dessous d'un entonnoir à travers lequel le fil est tiré en passant sur des poulies de guidage qui sont elle-mêmes montées sur une potence, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs supports de bobines (2) sont montés sur le bord d'une plaque tournante (1), en ce que, à l'extérieur de la plaque tournante (1) sont prévus, au voisinage de la périphérie de la plaque, deux moteurs d'entraînement (9) munis de roues de friction (8) destinées à attaquer une roue de friction (7) prévue sur l'arbre du disque de ballon et en ce que la plaque tournante est équipée d'un dispositif d'immobilisation qui l'immobilise dans des positions déterminées qui correspondent à un pas de division fixé par la disposition des supports de bobines (2).
2. Dérouleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, entre deux supports de bobines (2) est agencé un détecteur (16) qui constate la présence du fil, et qui fait partie de la commande d'un dispositif de rotation qui attaque la plaque tournante (1).
3. Dérouleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'entonnoir (10) est mobile en translation axiale et peut être immobilisé dans deux positions.
4. Dérouleur selon les revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que l'entonnoir (10) présente une seule ouverture allongée et recouvre deux disques de ballon (6), et en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif qui soulève l'entonnoir (10) pendant la rotation de la plaque tournante (1).
5. Dérouleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque support de bobine (2) peut tourner autour d'un axe incliné et peut être immobilisé dans deux positions, dont une position dans laquelle le mandrin qui porte la bobine (4) pointe radialement vers l'extérieur, et une autre position dans laquelle le mandrin pointe obliquement vers le haut, vers l'intérieur de l'entonnoir (10) et vers le prolongement de l'axe (5) de la plaque tournante.
6. Dérouleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la poulie (14) portée par la potence (15) et qui assure l'extraction du fil (13) hors de l'entonnoir (10), fait passer le fil dans la région du prolongement de l'axe de la plaque tournante (1), et en ce que la plaque tournante (1); le support (11, 12) supportant l'entonnoir (10) et les deux moteurs d'entraînement (9) munis de leurs roues de friction (8), ainsi que le dispositif d'entraînement de la plaque tournante (1), sont agencés sur une autre plaque tournante (17), tandis que la potence (13) munie des poulies de quidage (14) servant à l'extraction du fil (13) est agencée à l'extérieur de cette autre plaque tournante (17).
7. Dérouleur selon les revendications 1 et 3, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de l'entonnoir (10) qui est dirigée vers la plaque tournante (1) est de forme ovale ou constituée par un trou allongé entre deux demi-cercles, avec des lignes de bords rectilignes ou légèrement incurvées vers l'extérieur entre les demi-cercles.
