Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Presse gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruchs. Eine solche Presse ist bekannt (EU-OS 52.359) und hat sich bewährt, jedoch ist die Ausbildung des Gleitmitteldruckfilms über die Länge und Breite des Preßbereichs und damit auch die Wärme- oder Kälteverteilung bei einem erwärmten bzw. gekühlten Gleitmittel ungleichmässig.The invention relates to a press according to the preamble of the main claim. Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, den Gleitbelag einer Presse gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruchs so weiterzubilden, daß die jeweils vollflächige Gleitmitteldruckfilmausbildung und hierdurch die Wärme- oder Kälteverteilung des Gleitmittels sowie im zu behandelnden Gut vergleichmäßigt ist. Die einzige Zuführöffnung in jeder Nut im Gesamtsystem von zumindest im wesentlichen gleichmäßig verteilt angeordneten und sich gleichsam überlappenden Gleitmitteldruckfilm-Teilfeldern nach der Erfindung hat zur Folge, daß diese vollständig mit dem unter Druck stehenden Gleitmittel ausgefüllt wird. Hierbei übernimmt das Gleitmittel im Bereich der Nut die auf das Band lastenden Flächenkräfte - im Bereich dieser Nut -. Zugleich wird das Gleitmittel zwischen das Band und den Gleitbelag in Form eines Gleitmittelfilms gepreßt, so daß der Gleitbelag gut und äußerst gleichmäßig geschmiert ist. Die Drucksteuerung in der jeweiligen Nut mit der Abführöffnung bewirkt, daß gerade auch in diesem Bereich ein Teil der auf dem Band bzw. an dem Gleitbelag lastenden Flächenkräfte von dem Gleitmittel bei nunmehr vergleichmäßigter Druckverteilung aufgenommen wird. Insgesamt ergeben sich somit recht gleichmäßige Druckverhältnisse in allen Gleitmitteldruckfilm-Teilfelder ein außerordentlich niedriger Reibungsbeiwert und überdies ei ne entsprechend vergleichmäßigte Wärme- oder Kälteverteilung des Gleitmittels und folglich auch im zu behandelnden Gut. In zweckmäßiger Ausgestaltung der Erfindung wird die Befestigung des Gleitbelages oder von dessen Teilbereichen in den Nuten - anstelle gesonderter Befestigungen an anderer Stelle - vorgenommen. Infolgedessen wird die für den Gleitmittelfilm wirksame Fläche nicht zusätzlich verkleinert, so daß - hierdurch bedingt - auch keine größeren Flächenkräfte entstehen, welche durch Scherkräfte Abrieb und damit geringe Haltbarkeit und kleinere Standzeiten bewirken.The only feed opening in each groove in the overall system of at least substantially uniformly distributed and, as it were, overlapping lubricant pressure film subfields according to the invention has the result that it is completely filled with the pressurized lubricant. In an expedient embodiment of the invention, the fastening of the sliding covering or of its partial areas in the grooves - instead of separate fastenings at another location - is carried out. As a result, the area effective for the lubricant film is not additionally reduced, so that - due to this - there are also no larger surface forces which cause abrasion and thus low durability and shorter service life due to shear forces.
