Claims (6)

1. Dispositif pour la préparation d'un filé cardé gonflant, avec une carde (5, 5a), un diviseur de voile (10, 10a) et un appareil frotteur (12, 12a), qui suit le diviseur de voile, ainsi qu'un dispositif détordeur (11, 11 a; 14, 14a), qui suit l'appareil frotteur et est affecté à chaque fil gonflant individuel formé par la bande de voile et le fil porteur, dispositif détordeur qui provoque une torsion du fil autour de son propre axe, caractérisé par un dispositif d'amenée du fil vers le côté supérieur du peigneur (4, 4a) de la carde (5, 5a), le fil (8, 8a) étant guidé entre les diviseurs de voile (10, 10a) et le côté supérieur du peigneur (4, 4a) et étant amené à l'appareil frotteur (12, 12a) en même temps que la bande de voile reprise, tandis qu'entre le frotteur (12, 12a) et le diviseur de voile (10, 10a) est disposé un dispositif détordeur de fil (11, 11a), un autre détordeur de fil (14, 14a) étant disposé entre le frotteur (12, 12a) et la bobine réceptrice (15, 15a).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par un détordeur de fil (16), disposé dans le dispositif d'amenée du fil destiné au fil (8, 8a) en amont du peigneur (4, 4a), et qui provoque une ouverture du fil (8, 8a) entre le détordeur de fil (16) et le diviseur de voile (10, 10a).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la répartition de la garniture de carde (7) du peigneur (4) et l'amenée du fil (8) provenant de la bobine d'alimentation (1 ) sont tels que les fils amenés (8) se trouvent dans l'évidement en dessous du voile.
4. Dispositif au moins selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de torsion du détordeur de fil (11,11 a) disposé entre le diviseur de voile (10, 10a) et le frotteur (12, 12a) est tel qu'il se crée une surtorsion du fil entre le détordeur (11, 11 a) et le diviseur de voile (10, 10a) et une ouverture du fil entre le détordeur de fil (11, 11 a) et le frotteur (12, 12a).
5. Dispositif au moins selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de torsion du détordeur de fil (14,14a) entre le frotteur (12,12a) et la bobine réceptrice (15,15a) esttel qu'il se crée une surtorsion du fil entre le frotteur (12,12a) et le détordeur de fil (14, 14a) et une ouverture du fil entre le détordeur de fil (14, 14a) et la bobine réceptrice (15, 15a).
6. Dispositif au moins selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs diviseurs de voile agissent sur le côté supérieur du peigneur (4, 4a) et que, pour chacun, il est prévu plusieurs rangées de détordeurs de fil et de frotteurs.
