Claims (4)

1. Verfahren zum Giessen von Aluminium oder von legiertem Aluminium in eine Form um ein in genügendem Mass versteiftes Metallstück gleich nach Beendigung der Erstarrung zu erhalten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das noch immer heisse Stück gleich nach dem Giessen aus der Form abgenommen und zwischen zwei Gusschalen einer Matrize eingelegt wird, die einen Abdruck beschreibt, dessen Abmessungen etwa kleiner als die Abmessungen der Form sind, wobei die zweie Gusschalen der Matrize dann stark gegeneinander zusammengepresst werden, um auf das Gusstück zwischen den Gusschalen eine kombinierte Wirkung von Herzpressen und oberflächlichem Schrecken auszuüben.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Herztemperatur des aus der Form abgenommenen Stücks zum Zeitpunkt des Pressens zwischen den Gusschalen der Matrize immer noch zwischen 400 und 500 Celsiusgraden liegt.
3. Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweie Gusschalen der Matrize in einer Presse montiert sind, mittels welcher das Gusstück zwischen den zweien Gusschalen der Matrize durch eine Schlag'wirkung oder eine Pressenwirkung beaufschlagt wird.
4. Verfahren nach einer der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formung des Gusstücks durch Verschwenken um 90 Grade oder um 180 Grade in einer Gusschale erfolgt, wobei eine ruhige Füllung, ohne Oxydierung noch Aufbrausen und entsprechend der Güte des herzustellenden Stücks erreicht wird.
