Claims (6)

1. Offset-Rotationsdruckmaschine für variable Formate mit einem Gestell, das in seinem oberen Teil eine Schwärzungsvorrichtung, eine Anfeuchtungsvorrichtung und mindestens eine Farbwalze trägt, und einem Kästchen, das die übereinanderliegenden Druckwalzen, d.h. eine obere, mit Platten versehene, evt. unter der/den Farbwalzen angeordnete Walze, eine Blanchet-Zwischenwalze und eine untere Gegendruckwalze trägt, wobei sich diese übereinanderliegenden Walzen in Druckstellung einander berühren, und Mitteln zur Versetzung des Kästchens in horizontaler Richtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (4a, 5a, 6a) von jeder von den drei vertikal übereinanderliegenden Druckwalzen (4, 5, 6) an jedem Ende auf einem Schlitten (16, 17, 18) drehbar gelagert ist, der sich zwischen zwei vertikalen, in einem Pfosten (14) des Kästchens (11) angeordneter Führungseinrichtung (12,13) in vertikaler Richtung bewegen kann, wobei die in demselben Pfosten des Kästchens angeordneten Schlitten (16, 17, 18) in vertikaler Richtung durch dazwischen angeordnete Beilagen (19, 23) voneinander getrennt werden, deren Höhe dem zwischen der Achsen der horizontalen Wellen vorhandenen Abstand entspricht, der von dem Druckformat abhängig ist, wobei sich die beiden unteren Schlitten (18), auf welchen die Welle (6a) der unteren Gegendruckwalze (6) drehbar gelagert ist, auf die oberen Stangenenden von vertikalen Hubzylindern (24) stützen, die von einem höhenverstellbaren Querbalken (25) getragen werden.
2. Offset-Rotationsdruckmaschine für variable Formate nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querbalken (25), der die beiden vertikalen, auf die unteren Schlitten (18) wirkenden Hubzylinder (24) trägt, mittels vertikaler Stangen (26) höhenverstellbar ist, die durch eine im unteren Teil des Kästchens (11) angeordnete Vorrichtung nach oben und nach unten verstellbar sind.
3. Offset-Rotationsdruckmaschine für variable Formate nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Stangen bzw. Stellschrauben (26) als Auszugszylinder der Walzen verwendet werden.
4. Offset-Rotationsdruckmaschine für variable Formate nach irgendeinem der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder obere Schlitten (16), auf welchem die Welle (4a) der mit Platten versehenen Walze (4) drehbar gelagert ist, an einer oberen Beilage (21) anliegt, die selbst unter einem oberen, auf dem Gestell (1) der Maschine angeordneten Anschlag (22) liegt, wobei die drei Beilagen (21, 19, 23) Ausnehmungen (28, 29, 31) aufweisen, die an den unteren oder oberen horizontalen Flächen münden und Druckfedern (32, 33, 34) mit verschiedener Druckkraft enthalten, so dass die zwischen der unteren Beilage (23) und dem unteren Schlitten (18) angeordnete Feder (34) die kleinste Kraft, die zwischen der Zwischenbeilage (19) und dem Zwischenschlitten (17) angeordnete Feder (33) die grösste Kraft und die zwischen der oberen Beilage (21) und dem oberen Schlitten (16) angeordnete Feder (32) eine Kraft ausübt, deren Grösse zwischen den beiden vorher erwähnten Kräften liegt.
5. Offset-Rotationsdruckmaschine für variable Formate nach irgendeinem der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Führungseinrichtungen (12, 13), die in jedem Pfosten (14) des Kästchens (11) angeordnet sind, in eine ständig geöffnete Öffnung im oberen Teil des Kästchens (11) münden, die es erlaubt, die Walzen nach oben herauszunehmen.
6. Offset-Rotationsdruckmaschine für variable Formate nach irgendeinem der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gesamte Kästchen (11) mittels horizontaler und vertikaler Schrauben (35) in horizontaler Richtung versetzt werden kann, damit es in Druckstellung an Anschlägen (37, 38) anliegt.
