Abstract

Zur Rationalisierung des Befestigungsvorgangs ist es jedoch auch bekannt, die Scharniere zu einem bandförmigen Werkstück zusammenzufassen. Bei dem Werkstück nach der Erfindung bildet der Scharnierdraht allein einen sogenannten Leitstreifen. Auch grosse Scharniere mit dickem Scharnierdraht können aufgehaspelt werden, indem als Scharnierstift im Scharnier der dicke Scharnierdraht verwendet, zwischen den einzelnen Scharnieren der Scharnierdraht verjüngt wird. Sie hat überdies den Vorteil, dass die Teile des Scharnierdrahts zwischen den einzelnen Scharnieren in der Ebene senkrecht zum Werkstück biegsamer sind als in anderen Richtungen, wodurch sich eine natürliche Möglichkeit für das Aufhaspeln des Werkstücks zu einer Werkstückrolle ergibt.
