Abstract
Description
- L'invention concerne un véhicule automobile mixte, notamment camion léger d'intervention rapide du type comportant un châssis portant une plate-forme arrière horizontale dégagée, une pelle excavatrice montée rotative à l'arrière de la plate-forme dans le châssis du véhicule et constituée d'une flèche portant et manoeuvrant un godet, ladite pelle pouvant être déplacée entre une position de travail déployée en porte-à-faux par rapport au véhicule et une position repliée au repos sur ce dernier.
- Dans le domaine des engins de terrassement de toutes sortes, de chargement, de création de tranchées et autres - fouilles, on connait par exemple des matériels efficaces tels que les pelles excavatrices et les pelles hydrauliques connues égale- ___ment sous l'appellation de pelles rétro.
- Ces engins autotractés comprennent un général un châssis porté par quatre roues mues par un moteur utilisé également pour manoeuvrer la flèche de la pelle, munie du godet, et portant une cabine disposée sur la majeure partie du châssis et formant cabine de pilotage de l'engin.
- Dans ce type d'engins, la flèche se compose en général de deux bras reliés entre eux et au godet par articulations, des vérins assurant leur actionnement entre des positions de travail, dans lesquelles les bras de la flèche sont déployés en porte-à-faux, et une position repliée quasiment verticale, dans laquelle les deux bras sont rabattus verticalement l'un vers l'autre, contre le véhicule.
- Mais, bien que cet engin soit commode et efficace, son encombrement est important, latéralement mais surtout en hauteur, outre le fait qu'un tel engin ne peut être utilisé spécifiquement que pour des travaux de terrassement. Par ailleurs, dans un tel véhicule, la pelle ne peut tourner que sur un angle limité de l'ordre de 180°.
- Ces caractéristiques en font un engin à usage limité au terrassement, d'un encombrement notable, et notamment, de ce fait, intransportable,par avion par exemple.
- C'est pourquoi l'invention a pour but de créer un véhicule automobile mixte, à savoir un camion léger d'intervention rapide à pelle excavatrice qui soit aérotransportable et donc ait des dimensions réduites au maximum (lorsque la pelle est à l'état rétracté en position de repos), tout en présentant un rayon ou une portée de travail maximale lorsque la pelle est déployée, un tel véhicule pouvant servir notamment à des applications militaires telles des travaux de terrassement de tranchées pour des unités de contact, sa rapidité devant lui permettre en outre d'effectuer de nombreux travaux de génie : entretien, création de fouilles, mines, travaux de déblaiement, terrassement, débroussaillage, etc...
- Ce problème est résolu conformément à l'invention à l'aide d'un véhicule mixte du type indiqué plus haut, caractérisé en ce que la pelle est montée sur une tourelle surbaissée à rotation totale sur 360° par rapport au châssis, et que la flèche est formée de plusieurs bras articulés les uns aux autres, l'ensemble pouvant ainsi être soit déployé en position opérationnelle soit rétracté au-dessus de la plate-forme dans le plan axial médian du véhicule pour occuper sur cette plate-forme un espace correspondant approximativement à la hauteur hors-tout du véhicule et à la longueur hors-tout de la plate-forme de ce dernier, ce retrait étant obtenu par la combinaison des articulations et de la rotation de la tourelle.
- Ainsi, on voit que l'obtention de dimensions hors-tout minimales dans ce véhicule est basée sur la combinaison d'une pelle à tourelle surbaissée par rapport au châssis du véhicule (limitation de hauteur) d'une plate-forme dégagée autour de la tourelle pour le rangement de la pelle, d'une rotation totale possible de cette dernière et de la réalisation de la flèche de la pelle avec plusieurs bras articulés pouvant être rétractés sur ladite plate -forme.
- Selon une caractéristique avantageuse de l'invention, la flèche se compose de trois bras articulés entre eux dont deux de faible portée, situés aux extrémités de la flèche sont reliés l'un au godet de pelle et l'autre à la tourelle, tandis que le bras intermédiaire est d'une plus grande longueur correspondant approximativement à la longueur de la plateforme du véhicule et que les bras et le-godet sont aptes à pivoter les uns par rapport aux autres, sous l'action de quatre vérins à double effet, lesdits bras prenant, lorsque la flèche est à l'état replié, des positions réciproques délimitant un triangle isocèle, orienté pointe vers le bas et dont le côté de la base, formé par le bras, est faiblement incliné par rapport à l'horizontale à un niveau correspondant à la hauteur du plafond de la cabine du véhicule.
- Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, les différents bras sont constitués par deux barres plates parallèles en forme de triangle isocèle de faible hauteur, reliées transversalement, notamment par soudage, par des organes tubulaires entretoises dont l'un sert également d'organe de fixation au vérin de travail du bras de manoeuvre du godet et dont l'autre sert d'organe de fixation du vérin d'actionnement du bras intermédiaire.
- D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention ressortiront de la description donnée ci-après d'un exemple de réalisation, pris en référence aux dessins annexés, sur lesquels

- - la fig.3, formée des fig.3A et 3B montre deux vues de derrière du véhicule, dont l'une, 3A, représente essentiellement la position de travail dans laquelle des stabilisateurs latéraux sont déployés et prennent appui au sol, et dont l'autre, 3B, représente le cas de la position de repos dans laquelle les stabilisateurs latéraux sont relevés et le véhicule est installé dans un avion, en vue de son transport aérien, et,
- - la fig.4 est une vue schématique de l'arrière du véhicule et de la pelle en action, montrant la zone de travail de cette dernière.
- Sur la figure 1, on a représenté une vue en perspective schématique du véhicule se composant d'un camion léger 1 et d'une pelle excavatrice, ou pelle rétro 2.
- Le camion 1 comprend un châssis 3 monté sur quatre roues 4 et portant une cabine 5, un moteur 6 disposé à l'avant, un réservoir hydraulique 7, une roue de secours 8 et une plateforme arrière 9.
- La pelle 2, représentée à l'état déployé de travail sur cette figure, se compose essentiellement d'une tourelle 10 pouvant tourner sur un angle de 360°, sur un support non visible monté dans le châssis 3 du véhicule, d'une flèche formée de trois bras 11,12, 13, articulés entre eux, et d'un godet 14. Le bras 11 peut être relevé ou rabattu par des vérins 15 fixés à des montants latéraux 16 de la tourelle, tandis que des vérins 17,18,19 permettent de manoeuvrer les-bras correspondants 12,13 et la pelle 14.
- En outre, un poste de travail 20 est disposé latéralement sur la plate-forme 9 du véhicule à côté de la tourelle 10 de la pelle 2, et regroupe toutes les commandes des différents vérins et d'un moteur hydraulique - non visible sur cette figure - commandant la rotation de la tourelle.
- Par ailleurs, sur la fig.1, on voit que le véhicule est équipé de quatre stabilisateurs latéraux 21 formés cha cun d'une béquille 22 articulée sur le châssis 3 et dont la base est munie d'un patin d'appui 23 également articulé sur la béquille.
- La figure 2 montre une vue en élévation latérale schématique de l'ensemble du véhicule 1 et de la pelle 2 à l'état replié ou-rétracté (position de repos) sur la plate-forme 9 du véhicule.
- Comme indiqué ci-après de façon plus détaillée, la flèche à trois bras 11,12,13, de la pelle 2 peut être rétractée au dessus de la plate-forme pour occuper un espace correspondant approximativement à la hauteur hors-tout du véhicule et à la longueur hors-tout de la plate-forme de ce dernier.
- De façon plus détaillée, la flèche 2 se compose de trois bras, 11,12,13, articulés entre eux en des axes 22,23 et dont deux 13 et 11, de faible portée, situés aux extrémités de la flèche sont reliée l'un 13 au godet 14 de la pelle, et l'autre 11, aux montants 16 de la tourelle 10, tandis que le bras intermédiaire 12 est d'une plus grande longueur correspondant approximativement à la longueur de la plate-forme 9 du véhicule.
- Les bras 11,12,13 et le godet 14 peuvent pivoter les uns par rapport aux autres sous l'action des quatre vérins à double effet déjà cités, 15,17,18,19,et prendre - lorsque la flèche 2 est à l'état replié et ramenée par rotation dans le plan médian du véhicule et au-dessus de la plate-forme - des positions réciproques délimitant approximativement un triangle isocèle, orienté pointe en bas et dont le côté de la base (bras 12) est faiblement incliné par rapport à l'horizontale à un niveau correspondant à la hauteur du plafond de la cabine 5 du véhicule 1.
- Comme cela est également visible sur les fig.1 et 2, les différents bras 11,12,13, sont constitués, comme par exemple le bras 12, par deux barres plates parallèles 23 en forme de triangle isocèle de faible hauteur, reliées transversalement, notamment par soudage, par des organes tubulaires formant entretoises 24, dont l'un sert également d'organe de fixation au vérin de travail 18 du bras 13 de manoeuvre du godet, et dont l'autre sert d'organe de fixation du vérin 17 d'actionnement du bras intermédiaire.
- Comme on le voit sur la fig.2, la tourelle 10 est fixée à une couronne inférieure 25 du type à galets alternés, en prise avec un pignon 26 solidaire de l'axe d'un moteur hydraulique d'entrainement 27 logé en position surbaissée dans le châssis 3 du véhicule et à l'intérieur d'un châssis intermédiaire 28 supportant la couronne 25 et la tourelle 10,et fixée par boulonnage dans le châssis 3.
- Comme on le voit sur la vue en élévation latérale de la fig.2, le poste de travail 20 est partiellement caché par la tourelle 10.
- On a en outre représenté très schématiquement une pompe 29 reliée au réservoir hydraulique 7, ladite pompe étant également raccordée à une prise de force, non représentée, sur le moteur du véhicule.
- Par ailleurs, le moteur hydraulique 27 et les différents vérins 15,17,18,19, sont reliés à un système hydraulique classique, non représenté, incluant la pompe 28 et le réservoir 7 ainsi qu'un distributeur alimentant le moteur hydraulique 26 et les vérins.
- Comme cela est visible sur les fig.2 et 3, le véhicule est muni de stabilisateurs latéraux 21 formés de béquilles 22 de forme triangulaire, équipées de patins rectangulaires articulés 23 et qui sont montées pivotantes sur un montant transversal 30 du châssis du véhicule. Chaque stabilisateur est monté rotatif sur un axe 31 tel qu'à l'état relevé ou de repos (fig.2 et 3B), lesdites béquilles 22 sont disposées verticalement à l'intérieur de l'espace correspondant aux limites hors-tout du véhicule 1.
- Ces béquilles 22 sont actionnées par des vérins 32, dont le corps est solidaire du montant 30 et dont la tige est articulée en un point 33 décalé par rapport à l'axe de pivotement desdites béquilles.
- On notera que les stabilisateurs ont pour effet d'augmenter les performances de terrassement, qui, sinon, pourraient être réduites par le poids léger du véhicule et les béquille 22 peuvent en outre être bloquées volontairement en position semi-ouverte ou rétractée, si la configuration du terrain l'exige.
- Sur les figures 2 et 3B, on voit que, une fois la béquille 22 relevée, le patin 23 prend une position verticale à plat contre l'âme de la béquille.
- La figure 3B montre cet état dans lequel le véhi--cuie-1-muni-de la pelle 2 est transporté dans un avion, repéré par sa coque intérieure 34.
- Naturellement les vérins 31 sont reliés de façon classique à l'ensemble du système hydraulique du véhicule.
- La disposition du poste de travail 20 à côté de la tourelle 10 sur la plate-forme 9 du véhicule regroupe toutes les commandes et permet une excellente visibilité du chantier.
- Sur la figure 4, on a reproduit à l'arrière du véhicule 1,stabilisé sur un sol 35, la zone d'évolution verticale de la pelle 2, qui est apte à creuser des fouilles ayant en coupe le contour 36.
- Naturellement la pelle 2 pouvant avoir une rotation totale (360°), elle peut effectuer des travaux tout autour du véhicule et donc présenter un rayon de travail très important, ce qui réduit les temps morts dûs habituellement au déplacement du véhicule lors du creusement de grandes cavités.
- Le fonctionnement de l'ensemble est le suivant : Une fois arrivé sur le site, le conducteur du véhicule 1 met en position requise les stabilisateurs latéraux 21, puis manoeuvre la pelle 2 de façon classique à l'aide des vérins 15,17,18,19.
- Une fois l'excavation achevée, il rétracte (ou replie) la flèche formée des bras et du godet dans la position correspondant à la fig.2, (les bras étant articulés entre eux en 22 et 23 (voir figure 2) de sorte que/repliés, ils occupent un espace en forme de triangle renversé), mais encore dans une position en porte-à-faux à l'arrière ou sur le côté du véhicule, puis il fait pivoter la tourelle de l'angle voulu pour amener l'ensemble de la flèche 2 dans le plan médian vertical au-dessous de la plate-forme.
