This action is accommodated by reactive engagement and abutment of the portion of lobe portion 70 which defines shoulder 74 with offset abutment portion 64 of spring 50. This engagement displaces the spring such that free end portion 68 is urged out of engagement with shoulder portion 72.

Claims (8)

1. Tür-Offenhaltevorrichtung für eine Tür (20), die an einem Türrahmen (12) scharnierartig zwischen einer geschlossenen und geöffneten Stellung bewegbar ist, wobei die Tür (20) eine Vorrichtung zum Bewegen der Tür (20) in richtung der geschlossenen Stellung umfaßt, wobei diese Vorrichtung aus einer Platte (46), die an der Tür (20) befestigt und mit dieser bewegbar ist, und einer Feder (50) besteht, die an dem Rahmen (16) angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Feder (50) einen ersten Endteil (60), der an dem Rahmen (12) angebracht ist, einen zweiten Endteil (68), der einer lösbaren Anlage an der Platte (46) angepaßt ist, und einen Zwischenteil (66) aufweist, der zur Anlage an der Platte (46) vorgesehen ist, wenn die Tür (20) aus ihrer geöffneten Stellung in die geschlossene Stellung zum Verstellen der Feder (50) und zum Herausdrücken des zweiten Endteils (68) aus der Anlage an der Platte (46) bewegt wird.

Tür-Offenhaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (46) eine erste Schulter (72) und eine zweite Schulter (74) aufweist und daß der zweite freie Endteil (68) der Feder (50) zur lösbaren Anlage an der ersten Schulter (72) der Platte (46) dient, und daß die zweite Schulter (74) der Platte (46) zum Anschlag an dem Zwischenteil (66) der Feder (50) vorgesehen ist, wenn die Tür aus ihrer geöffneten Stellung in die geschlossene Stellung zum Verstellen der Feder (50) und zum Herausdrücken des zweiten Endteils (68) der Feder (50) aus der Anlage an der ersten Schulter (72) der ersten Platte (46) bewegt wird.
3. Tür-Offenhaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ende der Feder (50) an einem Rahmenteil (16) befestigt ist.

Tür-Offenhaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (50) an dem Rahmenteil (16) zwischen einer ersten inaktiven Stellung und einer zweiten, an der Platte (46) anliegenden Offenhaltestellung schwenkbar angebracht ist, wenn die Tür (46) sich in der Offenstellung befindet.
5. Tür-Offenhaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, durch eine Vorrichtung (77) zum Vorspannen der Feder (50) in Richtung der zweiten Stellung zur automatischen Anlage der Feder (50) an der Platte (46), wenn die Tür (20) in die geöffnete Stellung bewegt wird.

Tür-Offenhaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine Scharnierplatte (36), die an dem Rahmenteil (16) anbringbar ist une einen aufragenden Zapfen (52) umfaßt, auf dem die Feder (50) angebracht ist, wobei die Platte (46) mit dem Zapfen (52) zusammenwirkt, um die Schwenkbewegung der Tür (20) in Richtung der geöffneten Stellung zu begrenzen.
7. Tür-Offenhaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, bei der die Platte (46) einen ausgeschnittenen Teil (76) aufweist, innerhalb welchem der aufragende Zapfen (52) angeordnet ist, wenn die Tür (20) sich in der geschlossenen Stellung befindet.
8. Tür-Offenhaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet durch einen Federschutz (54), der auf der Scharnierplatte (36) angebracht ist und einen Finger (56) aufweist, der im allgemeinen in der Nähe der Feder (50) zum Zurückhalten der Feder (50) an ihrem Plazt angeordnet ist.
