Claims (3)

1. Dispositif pare-soleil convertible en dispositif du type rideau de véranda, ledit dispositif étant substantiellement constitué par:
- une colonne de support (1) fixée au plafond efau plancher de la terrace à laquelle le rideau est destiné à être appliqué, ladite colonne (1) étant pourvue d'un organe di raccord supérieur pour la liaison avec le plafond au moyen d'une plaque (5) avec des chevilles et des boulons, et d'un organe di raccord inférieur ayant un pied réglable (7) supporté par pression sur le plancher;
- un bras (11) formant un seul corps avec la colonne de support (1), mais monté de façon pivotante par rapport a celle-ci, le centre de rotation étant prévu à une hauteur convenable au tiers moyen de ladite colonne (1);
- un pivot ou moyen d'articulation prévu à côté dudit bras (11), tournant dans un siège approprié et apte à régler par ladite rotation la hauteur du bras (11) de support du rideau, fixé à celui-ci, caractérisé par le fait que ledit moyen à pivot est formé par accouplement de deux éléments (13, 15) l'un desquels (13) est plat et fermement fixé à la colonne (1) et fait saillie à l'extérieur d'elle par un profil substantiellement circulaire et l'autre (15) est fermement fixé au bras (11) et épouse ledit premier élément à la manière d'une mâchoire et est apte à tourner par rapport à celui-ci, le premier élément (13) étant pourvu d'une série d'encoches (17) espacées de manière appropriée le long de la périphérie extérieure du profil circulaire et formant le pas d'inclinaison du bras mobile (11), le second élément (15) étant pourvu d'une goupille de fixation (19) appropriée, apte à s'insérer sélectivement dans lesdites encoches (17) et étant poussé en sens radial par un moyen élastique approprié;
- le second élément à pivot (15), fermement fixé au bras (11), est latéralement pourvu d'au moins deux rainures (21, 23) aptes à coincider alternément avec un rainure longitudinale (3) prévue latéralement sur la colonne (1), ou avec une autre rainure longitudinale (3') prévue latéralement dans le bras (11), la rainure (3') étant la piste de glissement pour la tige (25) d'extremité inférieure de support du rideau quand le rideau doit être étendu le long dudit bras (11) et la rainure (3) étant la piste de glissement pour la tige (25) de support du rideau quand ladite tige doit être déplacée en haut vers l'extrémité de la piste le long de la colonne (1);
- les rainures (3,3') dans la colonne (1) et dans le bras (11) sont pourvues à leur extrémité d'une piste de forme appropriée où-piste à labyrinthe (29) pour bloquer le rideau tiré en position et faciliter son extraction pour être levé;
- le tige (25) d'extrémité de support du rideau est pourvue à ses deux extrémités latérales d'un élément à levier (31) monté de manière pivotante librement sur un pivot approprié (33) sur l'axe de ladite tige (25), apte à se déplacer le long des rainures (3, 3') dans la colonne (1) et/ou dans le bras (11 et portant à son extrémité libre un autre pivot (35) apte à se déplacer le long de la piste (29) de blocage à labyrinthe, la mobilité dudit pivot (35) disposé à l'extrémité libre dudit élément à levier (31) permettant à la tige (25) d'extrémité de support du rideau d'être bloquée et/ou dèbloquée pour biasser et/ou lever le rideau.
2. Dispositif pare-soleil convertible en dispositif du type rideau de véranda, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif pour bloquer le moyen à pivot est formé par une goupille poussée en sens radial vers les cavités ou encohes par un moyen élastique approprié fermement fixé au bras, la goupille se terminant, à l'extrémité opposée à sa pointe, par une tête crénelée et se rétréçant coniquement vers la pointe, le siège pour loger ladite partie conique étant également pourvu d'un siège dièdre apte à recevoir ladite partie conique quant la goupille est déprimée, ladite partie dièdre se terminant en haut par une cavité triangulaire disposée normalement à l'axe dudit dièdre et apte à recevoir la partie pointue de la goupille de fixation quand elle est tournée de 90°, par rapport à la position de blocage.
3. Dispositif pare-soleil convertible en dispositif du type rideau de véranda, suivant les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend au moins trois. rouleaux: un premier rouleau d'enroulement du rideau, fermement fixé en haut à la colonne au voisinage de son extrémité supérieure, un rouleau d'enroulement du rideau ou d'extrémité de support, fixé à l'extrémité libre du rideau et formant l'élément de raidissement et blocage nécessaire pour fixer le rideau de manière stable dans la position de véranda ou pare-soleil, et un troisième rouleau fou, fixé de manière glissante au voisinage et au-dessus du moyen d'articulation du bras dans les rainures de piste de glissement de la colonne, ledit trosième rouleau fou baissant à une position au-dessus du joint d'articulation du bras quand le rideau est baissé, et étant levé de ladite position quand le rideau est levé par le rouleau d'extrémité d'étirage du rideau.
