Description
Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Behälterdeckel nach der Gattung des Hauptanspruchs. Ein beispielsweise durch die EP=A 000 4834 bekannt gewordener Deckel dieser Art besteht aus einer im Spritzgußverfahren aus einem thermoplastischen Material geformtem, verhältnismäßig dicken Trägerschicht mit deren Innenseite ein verhältnismäßig dünnes Aluminium/ Kunststoff-Laminatplättchen als Sperrschicht verbunden ist. Zum leichten öffnen des Deckels ist in der Trägerschicht eine ein Aufreißteil umgebende Schwächungslinie angeordnet, welche die Kunststoffschicht teilweise ganz durchsetzt und welche beim Spritzgießen ausgebildet wird. Ein derartiger Behälterdeckel ist durch die Art der Herstellung teuer. Zunächst wird die Trägerschicht als Außenteil in einer Form spritzgegossen, was sehr langsam und teuer ist. Sodann wird ein Aluminium/Kunststoff-Laminatplättchen mit der Trägerschicht versiegelt. Dazu müssen die Trägerschicht und das Laminatplättchen einzeln zugeführt und positioniert werden. Ferner hat der bekannte Deckel den Nachteil, daß sich beim-Anlegen des Laminatplättchens an dem abgewinkelten Siegelflansch des Deckels Falten bilden, die die Dichtigkeit der mit einem solchen Deckel verschlossenen Behälter verhindern können.The invention relates to a container lid according to the preamble of the main claim. Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 1 und 2 sind zwei kreisförmige Aufreißteile 20 angeordnet, von denen eines zum Bilden einer Ausgießöffnung und das andere zum Bilden einer Belüftungsöffnung vorgesehen sind.
