Aufreissbare Trink- oder Ausgussöffnungen an Behälterdeckeln von Behältern für drucklose Füllgüter, z.B. Fruchtsäfte, sind bekannt. Es ist auch bekannt, die Schnittkante entlang der Ausgussöffnung nach aussen umzulegen (bördeln) derart, dass das Füllgut über der Oeffnung bei aufgesiegelter Aufreisslasche nicht mehr mit dem Füllgut in Berührung gelangen kann.
Beim Aufsiegeln der Aufreisslasche auf den Bördel verändert sich der Querschnitt der Oeffnung um einen Wert, der das Anbringen eines Verschlusszapfens für den Wiederverschluss des Behälters verunmöglicht, da die einzuhaltenden Toleranzen, die einen sicheren Wiederverschluss ermöglichen, sehr gering gehalten werden müssen.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht nun darin, eine kalibrierte, d.h. genau masshaltige Ausgussöffnung mit beliebiger Querschnittsform für einen Behälter zu schaffen, deren Kanten gegen Korrosion durch das Füllgut geschützt sind. Eine weitere Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht in der Schaffung einer Ausgussöffnung, die es erlaubt, nach dem Aufreissen einen Wiederverschluss einzufügen, z.B. in Form eines Kunststoffteils oder einer verformten Aufreisslasche, die selbst als Wiederverschluss dient.

Beim Einsatz einer sehr dünnen, nur dem dichten Verschluss dienenden verformten Aufreisslasche 2l kann in die Aufreisslasche 2l im Bereich der Oeffnung 9 bereits vor dem Aufsiegeln ein Kunststoffwiederverschluss eingesetzt oder eingelegt sein. Es ist auch möglich, beim Aufsiegeln der Aufreisslasche 2l den zentralen, über der Oeffnung 9 liegenden Teil mittels eines Stempels napfartig nach unten zu drücken und so den Verschlussteil 20 auszubilden.
Selbstverständlich kann die Oeffnung 9 einen anderen als runden Querschnitt aufweisen.
