Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einer gut verschließbaren Papierbehälter, welcher mit einem vereinfachten Öffnungselement versehen ist.The invention relates to a well-sealable paper container which is provided with a simplified opening element.
Da an gut verschließbaren Papierbehältern entprechende Öffnungselemente befestigt werden müssen, werden im allgemeinen Plastikprodukte verwendet. Der Hauptkörper des Ausgießelementes umfaßt dabei ein Ausgießrohr sowie einen Flanschbereich. An dem vorderen Ende bes Ausgießrohres ist dann eine Kappe befestigt. Um ein derartiges Plastikprodukt dann in einer vorgegebenen Position bes Papierbehälters im Bereich einer vorgesehenen Öffnung zu befestigen, kann der Flanschbereich entweder an der Innenseite oder Außenseite des Papierbehälters befestigt werden. Fernerhin ist bekannt, daß an der Außenoberfläche im Bereich der Öffnung ein aus Aluminiumfolie bestehendes Abreißelement vorgesehen ist.Since appropriate opening elements must be attached to well-sealable paper containers, plastic products are generally used. Innerhalb der Öffnung erscheint dabei das Einsatzelement und die darin vorgesehene Öffnung. Fig. 1 zeigt das Verfahren, bei welchem ein Abreißelement von einem mit einem Öffnungselement versehenen vollkommen verschlossenen Papierbehälter gemäß der Erfindung abgezogen wird. Der obere Teil des Hauptkörpers eines Papierbehälters 1 ist zu diesem Zweck mit eine Öffnung 2 versehen. Von der Innenseite des Behälters ist innerhalb der Öffnung 2 ein Einsatzelement 3 befestigt. Die darin vorgesehene kleine Öffnung 4 kann dabei als Öffnungsteil des verschließbaren Papierbehälters dienen. Fernerhin ist ein Abreißelement 5 vorgesehen, welches den freigelegten Teil des äußeren Oberfläche des Einsatzelementes 3 und einen darum liegenden Bereich abdeckt.Fig. 1 shows the method in which a tear-off element is pulled off from a fully closed paper container provided with an opening element according to the invention. Im Rahmen der Erfindung ist der Hauptkörper des Papierbehälters derart ausgebildet, daß eine thermoplastische synthetische Harzschicht, beispielsweise aus Polyethylen, Polypropylen und dgl., auf der äußersten Schicht des vorderen und rückwärtigen Teils des Papiermaterials aufgebracht ist, wobei zusätzlich, falls erforderlich, eine Verstärkungsschicht, beispielsweise aus Aluminiumfolie oder eine der Abschirmung dienende synthetische Harzschicht auf dem Substrat auflaminiert ist. Das Einsetzelement 3 kann vorzugsweise aus einem synthetischen Harz hergestellt sein. Letzterer Flankenbereich 31 ist dabei an der Innenoberfläche des Hauptkörpers des Papierbehälters befestigt. Das Abreißelement 5 ist an dem erhöhten Bereich 2 einschließlich der kleineren Öffnung 4 des Einsetzelementes 3 und der Außenoberfläche das Hauptkörpers des Papierbehälters 1 in dessen Umgebung befe- stigt.Fig. 2 is a sectional view showing the essential part of the present invention.
