Nachteilig an dieser Ausführung ist die senkrechte Anordnung des Schneidmessers zur Führungsbahn des zu schneidenden Gutes. Claims (10)

1. Küchengerät zum Schneiden von Obst, Gemüse und sonstigen Lebensmitteln mit einer oberen Führungsplatte, an deren Ende ein Schneidmesser angeordnet ist und einer unteren zungenartigen, zur Schnittstärkenregulierung höhenverstellbaren Führungsplatte, wobei die Führungsplatten mit dem sie einfassenden Rahmen einstückig hergestellt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet; daß der dem Schneidmesser (5),das in einem Winkel (4) kleiner oder gleich 45° zur einen Seitenwand des Rahmens (1) angeordnet ist, zugekehrte Endbereich der unteren senkrecht beweglichen Führungsplatte (3) durch eine in Durchbrüche (22, 23) im Rahmen (1) gehaltene, in Längsrichtung verschiebbare Verstellstange (20) unterstützt ist, wobei die Verstellstange (20) und/ oder der Anlagebereich der Verstellstange (20) an der unteren Führungsplatte (3) zur Höhenverstellung profiliert sind.1.
