Bei derartigen Geräten wird das in Scheiben zu schneidende Gut auf einer unteren Führungsplatte geführt und gegen ein auf der oberen Führungsplatte angeordnetes Schneidmesser gedrückt. Die Schnittstärke wird dabei durch Verstellen der unteren zungenartigen Führungsplatte variiert. Ein derartiges Küchengerät ist durch die DE-AS 27 27 358 bekannt. Nachteilig an dieser Ausführung ist die senkrechte Anordnung des Schneidmessers zur Führungsbahn des zu schneidenden Gutes. Die relativ starke Schrägstellung des Schneidmessers erlaubt einen ziehenden Schnitt, so daß auch weiches zähhäutiges Gemüse ohne weiteres geschnitten werden kann,wobei die Schnittstärkenregulierung im annähernd gleichen Winkel zum Rahmen wie das Schneidmesser wirkt. Durch die Verbindung der unteren Führungsplatte über ein Filmscharnier ist es möglich, diese Führungsplatte ebenfalls sehr steif auszubilden. Dadurch wird erreicht, daß diese bei der Schnittstärkenverstellung vollkommen plan bleibt. Dagegen wird bei der Schnittstärkenverstellung nach der DE-AS 27 27 358 die Führungsplatte gleichmäßig verwölbt. Dies hat den Nachteil, daß das Schnittgut nicht mehr plan aufliegt, was das Schneidergebnis verschlechtert. Ein Rahmen 1 ist einstückig mit einer oberen Führungsplatte 2 und einer unteren Führungsplatte 3 hergestellt. Die untere Führungsplatte 3 ist in einen verstellbaren Bereich 11 und in einen starren Bereich 12 unterteilt. Die Trennung der beiden Bereiche 11 und 12 erfolgt durch ein Filmscharnier 13. Das Filmscharnier 13 läuft dabei etwa parallel zum Schneidmesser 5 und ist die einzig formschlüssige Verbindung des verstellbaren Bereiches 11 mit dem Rahmen 1. Der Bereich 11 ist beidseitig durch einen Schlitz 14 und L-förmigen Schlitz 15 vom Rahmen 1 getrennt.The
Das Filmscharnier 13 ist durch eine Einschnürung 16 der Materialstärke 17 gebildet. Die übergänge sind dabei jeweils mit einem Radius 18 versehen und gehen in eine zur Oberfläche der Führungsplatte 2 etwa parallel liegenden Verbindungssehne 19 über. Im ausgeführten Beispiel beträgt die Materialstärke 2, der Radius 12, die Verbindungssehne 4 und die verbleibende Materialstärke in der Verbindungssehne 1 mm.The
Zur Verstellung der unteren Führungsplatte 3 ist eine Verstellstange 20 vorgesehen. Sie liegt zwischen zwei senkrecht stehenden Stegen 21 und wird von Durchbrüchen 22 und 23 in den Seitenwänden 24 und 25 des Rahmen 1 geführt. Die Verstellstange 20 ist auf beiden Seiten abgewinkelt und mit jeweils parallel zueinander liegenden Stellschrägen 26 und 27 versehen. Das heißt Punkt 28 liegt auf dem gleichen Level wie Punkt 29 und Punkt 30 auf dem gleichen Level wie Punkt 31. Die Stellschräge 27 geht in ein Auge 33 mit Führungsbolzen 34 über. Mittels dieser Führungsbolzen 34 ist die Verstellstange 20 in einer Umlenkführung 35 des Schiebers 36 geführt. Der Schieber 36 ist zweiteilig ausgeführt und auf einen oberen und unteren Führungssteg 37 und 38 aufgeklipst. Diese Führungsstege 37 und 38 laufen parallel zur Seitenwand 25 und sind mit dieser einstückig hergestellt. Die in Figur 1 dargestellte Stellung des Schiebers 36 ergibt die größte Scheibenstärke während die gestrichelt dargestellte Stellung des Schiebers dünne Scheiben ergibt.The
